The Dignity of Christianity

Of all the religions in this world, Christianity is the only one with dignity. The ancient Azstecs ripped out human hearts of living people, and built monster gods, the Molech worshippers threw living babies into the fire, Artemis or Ashteroth worshippers had people do sexually depraved orgies, Baal worshippers waged genocidal wars on the innocent, Hindus believe people must be reincarnated and their bad deeds can revert them to becoming a dog or ant, Celts did human sacrifice and witchcraft to kill people, Satanists seek to harm people and destroy families, Buddists believe they must mutiltate their bodies with asceticism and get to higher enlightenment through hardship, Jews believe they must follow strictly the laws of Moses with curses and blessings, New Ageists believe man is not special and equal to a tree and other life, Nihilists take hope from mankind by saying there is no afterlife and so makes life pointless, Darwinists make man equal to apes and a sub species of apes, Nestorians believe all physical pleasure and matter is evil and so children are evil which vilolates procreation ordained by God (Genesis 1:28, 1 Timothy 4:3), Egyptians worshipped war gods and sex gods that made them infertile and the enemy of God, and so on. Only Christianity restore the dignity of mankind, that we are special, a Spirit, Body, and Soul. Christianity says God became a man so to restore the dignity of man after he lost it in falling in Eden, and because God became man (John 1:1-18), died for the sins of all men (1 Peter 3:18), and rose again (1 Corinthians 15:4), then men who believe in Him are restored to higher dignity than all other religions say.

Only in Christianity is man elevated to God by God, not by man's own deeds. Only in Christianity is man's dignity raised above all creation, and even put on equal plain with God by God, "And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus," (Ephensians 2:6), and "To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat down with my Father on his throne." (Revelation 3:21, cross ref John 17:19-24). Only Christianity reveals that God does the act of restoring man's dignity and eternity, while other relgiiosn lower man's dignity with lies of Dawrinism, or reincarnation as in Hindusim. Jesus Christ not only covered our sins (Ephesians 1:7, 1 John 2:2), He has restored mankind's dignity and holiness, "And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all." (Hebrews 10:10). Beyond this Christ has also elevated man above angels, "Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more the things of this life! Therefore, if you have disputes about such matters, do you ask for a ruling from those whose way of life is scorned in the church?" (1 Corinthians 6:3-4), because Jesus is greater than angels (Hebrews 1:5-14). Other religions always degredate man and make him inferior, while Christianity says man is superior to all creaton, "" () and now is one with God, "And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them." (1 John 4:16). Only in Christianity does God dwell in man's body, spirit, and soul, "For God wanted them to know that the riches and glory of Christ are for you Gentiles, too. And this is the secret: Christ lives in you. This gives you assurance of sharing his glory," (Colossians 1:27), "Don't you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you?" (1 Corinthians 3:16), "If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him; for God's temple is holy, and you are that temple," (1 Corinthians 3:17), "What agreement can exist between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: "I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be My people," (2 Corinthians 6:16), "But Christ is faithful as the Son over God's house. And we are His house, if we hold firmly to our confidence and the hope of which we boast," (Hebrews 3:6), "so that, if I am delayed, you will know how each one must conduct himself in God's household, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth," (1 Timothy 3:15), and "I am praying not only for these disciples but also for all who will ever believe in me through their message. I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one—as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me." (John 17:20-22). Other religions have gods or god far away, judging man as dog or lesser being. In Christianity God chose to become lesser, "You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had. Though he was God,
he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When he appeared in human form, he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross. Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father
," (Philippians 2:5-11), so that we could become greater than we were, and He now has been elevated to highest positon (Philippines 2:9). Only in Christianity are we promised new bodies like ones we have but better, "For we know that when this earthly tent we live in is taken down (that is, when we die and leave this earthly body), we will have a house in heaven, an eternal body made for us by God himself and not by human hands. We grow weary in our present bodies, and we long to put on our heavenly bodies like new clothing. For we will put on heavenly bodies; we will not be spirits without bodies.[a] While we live in these earthly bodies, we groan and sigh, but it’s not that we want to die and get rid of these bodies that clothe us. Rather, we want to put on our new bodies so that these dying bodies will be swallowed up by life. God himself has prepared us for this, and as a guarantee he has given us his Holy Spirit.  So we are always confident, even though we know that as long as we live in these bodies we are not at home with the Lord. For we live by believing and not by seeing. Yes, we are fully confident, and we would rather be away from these earthly bodies, for then we will be at home with the Lord. So whether we are here in this body or away from this body, our goal is to please him. 10 For we must all stand before Christ to be judged. We will each receive whatever we deserve for the good or evil we have done in this earthly body." (2 Corinthians 5:1-10).

Christianity restores man's dignity by God become lowly and dying on a cross for the taint, and sin that made man subhuman in his sin. Jesus humbled himself so that we would no longer be humiliated and live as outcasts doomed to an existence of uncertainty and fear. God in his love decided to elevate us back to pre sin, but more than that we are better than Adam and Eve before the fall, we now have God living in us (Colossians 1:27, 1 Corinthians 3:16) opposes to just walking in Garden with us (Genesis 3:8), we now can command angels and bind them (Luke 10:19, Matthew 18:18), when Adam and Eve only could listen to them (Genesis 3:1-18), and we get to reign with God (Revelation 20:4-6) and judge when Adam and Eve only could learn. Our dignity has been restored by Diety, and yet sadly so many civilizations are crumbling. Western Civilization is crumbling because it has forsaken dignity, it has turned on Christianity and so now there is not dignity, gone are great builders of Cathedrals, and golden halls resembleing the New Jerusalam (Revelation 21:1-53), and artists and poets, because now men dine with demi-gods, devils, and fallen angels posing as gods in the other religions, and so man now acts inferior because it turned on superior path, the Narrow Way (John 14:6, Matthew 7:13-14), and only way of salvation and dignity, Jesus Christ. It is Jesus that makes man more than human, even divine in character because the Divine lives in the Christian (Colossians 1:27, 1 Corinthians 3:16), while other religions make men dogs and goats for slaughter, because they are lead by Satan who hates humanity and only knows to "steal, kill, and destroy," (John 10:10) and, "Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings." (1 Peter 5:8-9). Other religions are part of the devil, they want to destroy man's hope of salvation (John 14:6, John 3:16), so those religions do just that, they steal people's hope of salvation in Christ alone (Acts 4:10, 12), they kill people literally in sacrifices of babies, and destroy the person and make them subhuman.

The hatred of Christianity in 21 Century is not only antichrist (1 John 2:18), but it is because man hates himself. People no longer know how to love (Matthew 24:12), and so they seek religions and mysticisms that make them worms (Mark 9:44-49), rather than the wonderwork of God, made in His image (Genesis 1:27). As Paul put it, "They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator--who is forever praised. Amen. They traded the truth about God for a lie. So they worshiped and served the things God created instead of the Creator himself, who is worthy of eternal praise! Amen. That is why God abandoned them to their shameful desires. Even the women turned against the natural way to have sex and instead indulged in sex with each other. And the men, instead of having normal sexual relations with women, burned with lust for each other. Men did shameful things with other men, and as a result of this sin, they suffered within themselves the penalty they deserved. Since they thought it foolish to acknowledge God, he abandoned them to their foolish thinking and let them do things that should never be done. Their lives became full of every kind of wickedness, sin, greed, hate, envy, murder, quarreling, deception, malicious behavior, and gossip. They are backstabbers, haters of God, insolent, proud, and boastful. They invent new ways of sinning, and they disobey their parents. They refuse to understand, break their promises, are heartless, and have no mercy. They know God’s justice requires that those who do these things deserve to die, yet they do them anyway. Worse yet, they encourage others to do them, too." (Romans 1:24-32). Satan is leading a revolution to destroy mankind with abortion, foreign religions, and anarachy, because he hates mankind. Christianity is under siege because its the only true religion, and Christ is the only True God who save man (John 6:40, John 3:16, Acts 4:10-12), and restores the dignity of man (Hebrews 2:5-18). What god of Greece, Rome, India, Africa, and beyond ever humbled itself as man and died for man, and resides in His creation and puts his creation on His own throne? Only Jesus Christ did this! When civilizations followed Christ man was elevated to a superior dignity, like the Victorian Age, Byzantium, and Colonial America, but now many are listening to demons, "Now the Holy Spirit tells us clearly that in the last times some will turn away from the true faith; they will follow deceptive spirits and teachings that come from demons," (1 Timothy 4:1), and falling away from the only faith that dignifies man, has God become lowly and taking on sins of man, and restoring man through this death and resurrection to a higher place than any man has ever been. Jesus Christ who is one with Father and Holy Spirit, is the only True God and Christianity is the only true religion, and yet people instead chase after other gods, and want to be worms, dogs, and debase, when they could be warriors, disciples, and dignified. The Dignity of Christianity is that it has God become lowly to raise man up to a place where he can stand before God unashamed, but more than that God makes man His temple (1 Corinthians 3:16), His House (Hebrews 3:6), and becomes one with Mankind (John 17:20-23, 1 John 4:16). This should make the world shout for joy, that God has done it all and asks only for us to confess and believe (Romans 10:9-10), but the world makes war instead on this Gospel, because they want to be worms, they love their sin, and want demons to rule them than be disciples of God and dignified with God living in them. They imitate their master the devil, who choose war with God (Revelation 7:7-17), rather than to be a friend of God (James 4:4). Choose dignity, choose Christ, and become a Christian. Listen no more to the lies of other religions which promise more, but offer only slavery, instead embrace the Savior who set us free from our shackles and chains. Amen.

Israel’s Conquest of Canaan: The Nephilim and Giants

Christianity Today asserts that the conquest of Canaan can be a “stumbling block” for believers. This probably is because of a foolish idea of comparing it to a modern conquest happening in our world. The truth is that God had Israel conquer Canaan because it was ruled by evil giants, “We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak come from the Nephilim). We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them.” (Numbers 13:33). These are Anakim or Nephilim, the children of angels and human women, “When man began to multiply on the face of the land and daughters were born to them, the sons of God (angels) saw that the daughters of man were attractive. And they took as their wives any they chose. Then the LORD said, “My Spirit shall not abide in man forever, for he is flesh: his days shall be 120 years.” The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of man and they bore children to them. The...

Dispensationalism

John Nelson Darby (1800-1882) was a man who did two things, he took 70th week of the Book of Daniel and stretched out to the End Times, and he was the father of  Dispensationalism , a belief system that God dispenses different peoples with separate blessings and covenants. According to Darb'ys doctrine of Dispensationalism, God dispenses different covenants. There are total of seven dispensations that divide the history of man: I. Dispensation of Innocence (prior to the Fall, "Do not east of the Fruit of Good and Eve, Eden), II. Dispensation of Conscience ( You must assuage guilt and sin with blood sacrifices.) III. Dispensation of Human Government (Multiply and Subdue the world, example the Tower of Babel Gen 11:1-9, and Genesis 1:28). IV. Dispensation of the Promise (Dwell in Canaan, Jerusalem) V. Dispensation of the Law ("Obey the Law of Moses and the Prophets"). VI. Dispensation of Grace (The Church, Jesus Christ has come...

Jesus’ Name in Aramaic

There has been a trend to render Jesus’ name Hebrew, יֵשׁוּעַ , Yeshua. The problem is neither Christ nor his apostles, nor the Jews in 30-33 A.D. spoke Hebrew, they spoke Aramaic. A ramaic is the oldest language on earth and was the language Jesus spoke. In fact, the oldest Old Testament is the Septuagint a Greco translation around 132 B.C.E. (165 Years Before Christ)that was translated from Aramaic. The Masoretic Text, The Hebrew Old Testament most Bibles use, dates from 7th to 10th Century A.D. (Medieval Times).  This translation does not cross reference with the words of Christ in the New Testament which are Aramaic and Koine Greek.  If the Aramaic was what Jesus spoke, then by what name would have been called? Jesus’ name in Aramaic is Isho or Eesho, spelled ܝܫܘܥ . That is the name of our Lord in Aramaic! He would have heard his name in this dialect, “Hail Isho or Eesho!” as well as the Greek, Ἰ ησο ῦ ς , Iesous.  Aramaic is disappearing, only a few peop...
