  I find it puzzling when people say “Jesus Freak.” The whole point of Christianity is Christ, that our faith, allegiance, and obsession is to be Jesus. The Apostle Paul said, “Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ,” (Philippians 3:8), and he made it clear this was the mature call of a Christian, “Let all who are spiritually mature agree on these things. If you disagree on some point, I believe God will make it plain to you.” (Philippians 3:15).  To be a Jesus Freak is not an option, its the only option! Our Lord and Savior told us, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.” (Luke 9:23).   In Israel a bronze statue of The Lion of Judah was placed outside the Old City walls. The commemoration of the Lion was attended by Jews and Christians. My mind turns to that the apocalypse is where our Lord Jesus Christ is called the Lion of Judah, “and one of the elders *said to me, “Stop weeping; behold, the Lion that is from the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has overcome so as to open the book and its seven seals.” (Revelation 5:5).  This has made me wonder if this is foreshadowing & sign, a sign that our Lord Jesus who is the Lamb of God and Lion of Judah is coming on the clouds.  The Lion of Judah is the side of Jesus where He conquers, that He is coming again in wrath towards the nations who refused Him and the gospel, “Then I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse!
