The time has come O people of the Earth. You must decide, which shall you take? The Olive Branch or the Sword, The Cross or the Cruciform Sword? Jesus Christ who is God (Colossians 2:9), who has shown mercy to man by dying in the place of sinners on a cross (1 Peter 3:18), has offered to man and woman salvation through Himself (John 6:40), but those who reject the olive branch, the cross of Christ shall find themselves receiving the sword point at the Judgement (Revelation 19:11-16). God has been merciful to the human race, He could have subjected the sinful world with fire and never forgive us, but instead He died on the cross for our salvation, taking the punishment all people deserve if they will reciprocrate by believing and confessing Jesus (Romans 10:9-10). And yet so many are stubborn and refuse God's gracious gift! O wicked generation! Sodom and Ghemmorah cry for your chance of salvation, Noah looks upon you in wonder having survived the flood of God's First Wrath, and now you risk the second Wave of God's Wrath?! (Revelation 16, Revelation 19:11-16). Jesus took the wrath upon Himself, that is Olive Branch, The Cross, anyone who believes in Jesus are then covered in Blood of Lamb (Revelation 12:11) and will not be subjected to judgement (John 3:18 NLT). But those who spit once more in Savior's face, and trust in the lies of man and Satan will find themselves destroyed (Revelation 21:9-10).
Before each person is, "This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children.may live." (Deuteronomy 30:19 which takes the form of New Testament Covenant, "Jesus said I am the Way, The Truth, and the Life, none may come to Father except through me," (John 14:6), "Once you were dead because of your disobedience and your many sins; that even though we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead. (It is only by God's grace that you have been saved!)," (Ephesians 2:1,5); "What we do see is Jesus, who was given a position "a little lower than the angels"; and because he suffered death for us, he is now "crowned with glory and honor." Yes, by God's grace, Jesus tasted death for everyone," (Hebrews 2:9), "He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever," (Revelation 21:4), the blessing is the Gospel that we, "Yet God, with undeserved kindness, declares that we are righteous. He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins." (Romans 3:24) and, "I know that when I come to you I will come in the fullness of the blessing of Christ," (Romans 15:29); the curse is to change the Gospel, "But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel other than what we have preached to you, a curse be on him!As we have said before, I now say again: If anyone preaches to you a gospel contrary to what you received, a curse be on him!" (Galatians 1:8-9), and "But Christ has rescued us from the curse pronounced by the law. When he was hung on the cross, he took upon himself the curse for our wrongdoing. For it is written in the Scriptures, "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree." (Galatians 3:13). Those who do not believe in Jesus Christ shall not be saved (John 3:18) and shall be judged under the Law and Moses, "But do not think I will accuse you before the Father. Your accuser is Moses, on whom your hopes are set.If you had believed Moses, you would believe Me, because he wrote about Me," (John 5:45-46). You must decide, will you let Jesus become the curse, that is take the curses of sin since Adam and forever upon himself, including your sin, upon Himself or you can be cursed or accused by Moses, and all Old Testament figures such Queen of Sheba, and Nineveh, "The people of Nineveh will stand up against this generation on judgment day and condemn it, for they repented of their sins at the preaching of Jonah. Now someone greater than Jonah is here—but you refuse to repent. The queen of Sheba will also stand up against this generation on judgment day and condemn it, for she came from a distant land to hear the wisdom of Solomon. Now someone greater than Solomon is here—but you refuse to listen." (Matthew 12:41-42), and "To what can I compare this generation? It is like children playing a game in the public square. They complain to their friends, We played wedding songs, and you didn’t dance, so we played funeral songs and you didn’t mourn. For John didn’t spend his time eating and drinking, and you say, ‘He’s possessed by a demon.’ The Son of Man,on the other hand, feasts and drinks, and you say, ‘He’s a glutton and a drunkard, and a friend of tax collectors and other sinners!’ But wisdom is shown to be right by its results. Then Jesus began to denounce the towns where he had done so many of his miracles, because they hadn’t repented of their sins and turned to God. What sorrow awaits you, Korazin and Bethsaida! For if the miracles I did in you had been done in wicked Tyre and Sidon, their people would have repented of their sins long ago, clothing themselves in burlap and throwing ashes on their heads to show their remorse. I tell you, Tyre and Sidon will be better off on judgment day than you.And you people of Capernaum, will you be honored in heaven? No, you will go down to the place of the dead. For if the miracles I did for you had been done in wicked Sodom, it would still be here today. I tell you, even Sodom will be better off on judgment day than you." (Matthew 11:16-21). You can either choose Olive Branch and Cross, to let Jesus take the curses and punishment you deserve, or you can be accursed and suffer the sword of judgment to come, "But when the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit upon his glorious throne. All the nations will be gathered in his presence, and he will separate the people as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will place the sheep at his right hand and the goats at his left. “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the creation of the world. For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.’ “Then these righteous ones will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you something to drink? Or a stranger and show you hospitality? Or naked and give you clothing? When did we ever see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ “And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!’ “Then the King will turn to those on the left and say, ‘Away with you, you cursed ones, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his demons. For I was hungry, and you didn’t feed me. I was thirsty, and you didn’t give me a drink. I was a stranger, and you didn’t invite me into your home. I was naked, and you didn’t give me clothing. I was sick and in prison, and you didn’t visit me.’ “Then they will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and not help you?’ “And he will answer, ‘I tell you the truth, when you refused to help the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were refusing to help me.’ “And they will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous will go into eternal life." (Matthew 25:31-46). Jesus refers to if you feed those who hungry, cloth the naked, and so forth you have done it to Him is pertaining to Christian brothers and sisters we help, for Christ lives in all Christians, "I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me," (Galatians 2:20), "To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory," (Colossians 1:27), and "Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?" (1 Corinthians 3:16).
The Olive Branch is the cross of Jesus Christ, Christ Crucified who died for our sins and rose from dead. The Sword is for those unbelievers who refuse to believe despite God's great mercy and love (John 3:18, Revelation 16:9, Revelation 6:16). The Lord Jesus has offered to all people the Olive Branch and His Cross of Forgiveness (1 Timothy 2:4, 2 Peter 3:9). Christ wants all people to come to resentence, and believe in Him, but as aforementioned there are stubborn evil people who refuse to take God's loving Olive Branch. So instead of the Cross (Matthew 16:24-26), unbelievers shall fall by the sword (Revelation 19:11-21). Don't reject Christ's Olive Branch, and embrace the only way to eternal life, "I am the Way, The Truth, and The Life, none may come to Father except through Me." (John 14:6), and "It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved," (Acts 4:10, 12).
