The Supremecy of Christ

The Supremacy of Christ is the doctrine and belief that Jesus Christ is God. This doctrine derives from the Book of Colossians, Phillippians, Romans, Hebrews, Revelation, and the Gospel of John in the Holy Bible. There are many who are willing to confess Jesus as Word of God and Son of God, but Romans 10:9 actually reads, " If you confess Jesus as Lord (Lord is Yehovah in Hebrew, which means God of Israel), and believe in your heart God raised Him from dead, you shall be saved." LORD and Jehovah are same: " Strong's Concordance Yhvh: the proper name of the God of Israel Original Word: ×™ְ×”ֹוָ×” Part of Speech: Proper Name Transliteration: Yhvh Phonetic Spelling: (yeh-ho-vaw') Short Definition: LORD NAS Exhaustive Concordance Word Origin from havah Definition the proper name of the God of Israel NASB Translation GOD (314), LORD (6399), LORD'S (111). Therefore every Bible verse that reads Jesus is Lord (see below) is actually saying Jesus is

Christian Sacrifice: "Laying Down One's Life for A Friend" (John 15:13)

There was once time when as Christians we wanted to lay down our lives for one another. Jesus said," There is no greater love than to lay down one's life for one's friends ." (John 15:13). He said, " love one another as I have loved you ,"(John 12:15) which means " just as Christ loved the church laying down his life for her ." (Ephesians 5:25). The problem is that the Church is not so noble as it once was. There was a time when we knew if we laid our life down from brother is was unto the Lord (Matthew 25:36, Colossians 3:23). Back in days of the Apostles, Christians loved the Lord with their whole heart: " Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind ." (Matthew 22:37), and so you knew a devout brother was dying for a devout brother. It was through a devotion to the Lord Jesus, a love found in Him that made people sacrifice themselves for the saints, but today the church is not loving Lor

The Calvinism Controversy

John Calvin is one of the Reformers of the Church and Father of Presbyterian and Episcopal Churches. He is the theoglian who coined TULIP: T otal depravity, U nconditional Ele ction L imited Atonement, I rresistible Grace, P erseverance of the Faith These doctrines of John Calvin developed into a school of thought and theology called Calvinism, and it has created controversy since it was established. T: Total Depravity Calvin's T for total depravity aligns with St. Augustine's view that man is totally depraved, stained with sin from Adam, that built in man is the propensity to sin. If one reads Genesis 3 through 6, the conclusion mankind became so depraved they even had sex with angels (Genesis 6:1-5) and had children. Calvin goes one step more to say every molecule of a person is depraved, but after one repents and believes in Christ (Romans 10:9) this changes according to Scripture, " For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body rule

Read the Holy Bible

We are living in times when it is crucial to know the Holy Bible. So many deceptions, heresies, false christs, and false gospels abound! Jesus said of the last days, " For false christs and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect ."(Matthew 24:24). How are we to guard our hearts from the heresies and hoaxes? How do we test the spirits as the apostle John urges us to do? (1 John 4:1). The answer is the Holy Scriptures and The Gift of Discernment (1 Corinthians 12:1-8). Within the Holy Bible is contained all the warnings, and lessons and teaching to protect us from the coming Son of Perdition and the impurities that already are a poignant odor in the Church. The Apostle Paul tells us, " All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right/All Scripture is God-bre

He is For Us: Essentials For the End of Days

It can be tempting in these dark days, these last days to despair and fear the devil and darkness. It says, "He will speak against the Most High and oppress his holy people and try to change the set times and the laws. The holy people will be delivered into his hands for a time, times and half a time." (Daniel 7:25). Words like these make many faint, but finish the verse and you will see triumph of the Lord, "But the court will sit for judgment, and his dominion will be taken away, annihilated and destroyed forever." (Daniel 7:26). This verse by Daniel is confirmed in the New Testament, " Then the man of lawlessness will be revealed, but the Lord Jesus will kill him with the breath of his mouth and destroy him by the splendor of his coming ." (2 Thessalonians 2:8). Our Lord and Savior is more than able to conquer, and defeat our enemies, even the Man of sin and Dragon who is Satan himself! In fact, " But the Son of God came to destroy the works of
