Speak Truth

We are living in a world that has forsaken every commandment. Worse, it is the Church who has joined the world in becoming liars, thieves, prostitutes, murderers, and every evil under the sun! Today in America and many nations, a person can not simply speak the truth. They cannot say, "No, I don't," they are instead compelled to say, "No, unfortunately I have this thing or No, I really want to but something has come up (lie, they really don't want to go or attend)." As a result no one is a man or woman of their word. We now have chaos reigning over the Church, because everyone has decided to be liars. Our Savior and Holy Scripture have some very harsh words for disposition of many so called disciples.

Firstly, Jesus said, "All you need to say is simply 'Yes' or 'No'; anything beyond this comes from the evil one (is Satanic)." (Matthew 5:37). Christ is clearly saying you must say a simple yes or no, anything else, exuses, vows, oaths, and addendums are from devil. In fact to lie is Satanic, behold Christ's own words, "You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies." (John 8:44). Jesus was speaking the religious elite, the church of the day when he said this statement. So don't assume it was for Gentiles and heathens, it was for the very people who were tasked with protecting God's Law and the Temple (His House at the time). If you have not yet been stirred by the Savior's words, perhaps you will pay attention to Christ's words in the last book, the apocalypse itself, "But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars--they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death." (Revelation 21:8). Notice, "all liars" shall go to Second Death (lake of fire, hell). That includes white lies, excuses, and not keeping your word! Can you handle one more from the Apocalypse? "Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb's book of life." (Revelation 21:27). How about one more from Christ himself and the last chapter of Revelation!, "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. "Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city. Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood (lying)." (Revelation 22:13-15).

Is it not clear yet? Lying is not going to accepted by the Lord. You have read it from his own words, but the Apostles join the Alpha and Omega with these words from Holy Spirit, "for the sexually immoral, for those practicing homosexuality, for slave traders and liars and perjurers--and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine.." (1 Timothy 1:10). The apostle Paul says as if to spirit of our times, "Not at all! Let God be true, and every human being a liar. As it is written: "So that you may be proved right when you speak and prevail when you judge." (Romans 3:4). God is indeed True, for Jesus is "The Way, the Truth, and the Life." (). He is constant Truth in a word riddled in lies that people cloak themselves in and call life! The Apostle Paul under Holy Spirit rightly says of our times and illustrating my last sentence, "The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron." (1 Timothy 41-2). The Apostle John even goes further, saying anyone who does not believe Jesus is the Christ is an antichrist, "Who is the liar? It is whoever denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a person is the antichrist--denying the Father and the Son." (1 John 2:22).

To speak lies and believe lies is to have nothing to do with the True Triune (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) God! For it is written, "And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit," (Ephensians 1:13), "The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth," (John 1:14), "Every word of God proves true; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him. Do not add to his words, lest he rebuke you and you be found a liar." (Proverbs 30:5-6). "Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body." (Ephesians 4:25), "Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth." (1 John 3:18). There are many more verses that affirm that God is Truth and Truth is in God, but the church seems disinterested in truth, which means they are disinterested in God!

I have left here many fine examples from Emmanuel's own mouth to his most incredible emissaries. The point is that we are suppose to "God is Spirit, and his worshippers worship in Spirit and Truth." (John 4:24). But many would rather make false promises, lie to one another, and even lie to God. For those who keep lying, I have listed some very harsh judgements awaiting those who think they can be both sons and daughters of faith and falsehood. As the Apostle Matthew recorded Jesus saying, "you cannot serve two masters, you will love one and hate the other.." (Matthew 6:24, ). So we must decide, are we on the side of Truth who is Jesus Christ or on the side of Falsehood or Untruth which is the devil? Decide whom you shall serve! You cannot serve both! "But as for me and my household, we shall serve the Lord!" (Joshua 24:15)

Israel’s Conquest of Canaan: The Nephilim and Giants

Christianity Today asserts that the conquest of Canaan can be a “stumbling block” for believers. This probably is because of a foolish idea of comparing it to a modern conquest happening in our world. The truth is that God had Israel conquer Canaan because it was ruled by evil giants, “We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak come from the Nephilim). We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them.” (Numbers 13:33). These are Anakim or Nephilim, the children of angels and human women, “When man began to multiply on the face of the land and daughters were born to them, the sons of God (angels) saw that the daughters of man were attractive. And they took as their wives any they chose. Then the LORD said, “My Spirit shall not abide in man forever, for he is flesh: his days shall be 120 years.” The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of man and they bore children to them. These w

Dispensationalism

John Nelson Darby (1800-1882) was a man who did two things, he took 70th week of the Book of Daniel and stretched out to the End Times, and he was the father of  Dispensationalism , a belief system that God dispenses different peoples with separate blessings and covenants. According to Darb'ys doctrine of Dispensationalism, God dispenses different covenants. There are total of seven dispensations that divide the history of man: I. Dispensation of Innocence (prior to the Fall, "Do not east of the Fruit of Good and Eve, Eden), II. Dispensation of Conscience ( You must assuage guilt and sin with blood sacrifices.) III. Dispensation of Human Government (Multiply and Subdue the world, example the Tower of Babel Gen 11:1-9, and Genesis 1:28). IV. Dispensation of the Promise (Dwell in Canaan, Jerusalem) V. Dispensation of the Law ("Obey the Law of Moses and the Prophets"). VI. Dispensation of Grace (The Church, Jesus Christ has come and died for our sins an

Jesus’ Name in Aramaic

There has been a trend to render Jesus’ name Hebrew, יֵשׁוּעַ , Yeshua. The problem is neither Christ nor his apostles, nor the Jews in 30-33 A.D. spoke Hebrew, they spoke Aramaic. A ramaic is the oldest language on earth and was the language Jesus spoke. In fact, the oldest Old Testament is the Septuagint a Greco translation around 132 B.C.E. (165 Years Before Christ)that was translated from Aramaic. The Masoretic Text, The Hebrew Old Testament most Bibles use, dates from 7th to 10th Century A.D. (Medieval Times).  This translation does not cross reference with the words of Christ in the New Testament which are Aramaic and Koine Greek.  If the Aramaic was what Jesus spoke, then by what name would have been called? Jesus’ name in Aramaic is Isho or Eesho, spelled ܝܫܘܥ . That is the name of our Lord in Aramaic! He would have heard his name in this dialect, “Hail Isho or Eesho!” as well as the Greek, Ἰ ησο ῦ ς , Iesous.  Aramaic is disappearing, only a few people are endeavo
