We live in the age of bow. People bow to peer pressure, to the god of money at Wall Street, and to a plethora of other causes. This earth is full of people convinced that they are serving a purpose, that when they bow to their pleasures and passions they will be fulfilled. What folly. A day is coming soon when all will bow, but not to idols and industry, money or man, but to Son of Man. Scripture says, "Every knee shall bow, and every mouth will confess Jesus is Lord." (Romans 4:11-Phillipians 2:10). The day is coming and its sooner than people think. The church is even convinced in many sectors of Christendom (world wide Body of Christ) that Christ is going to postpone and delay his return. Again folly. We are told in the Scriptures, "So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him," (Matthew 24:44), ""Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come," (Matthew 24:42), "for you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night," (1 Thessalonians 5:2), "Remember, therefore, what you have received and heard; hold it fast, and repent. But if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what time I will come to you," (Revelation 3:3), "Look, I come like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake and remains clothed, so as not to go naked and be shamefully exposed," (Revelation 16:15), and "But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything done in it will be laid bare." (2 Peter 3:10). Then there is those who will believe The Bridegroom delayed like the Five virgins who did not keep their lamps lit (kept watch for his Coming of the Light who is Jesus) and suddenly it was announced that the Bridegroom has arrived, and the Five Virgins who had no oil begged for oil from faithful virgins, but they went to market and missed the opportunity and they came to door, and it was shut, and Lord said, "away with you!" (Matthew 25:1-13).
Jesus Himself said, "Upon the son of Man's coming, it shall be as the Days of Noah, people will be given in marriage, having babies, and living their normal lives. But then the flood waters suddenly came and washed them away." (Matthew 24:37-42, Paraphrased). There are many layers to Christ's words, firstly the Days of Noah, this is important on many levels. Firstly, in Days of Noah there was such debauchery, rebellion, lawlessness, and evil, that women had sex with Angels (see Genesis 6:3-5). The second meaning of Days of Noah is to note that the Return and Wrath of God will come suddenly. People in Days of Noah scoffed and mocked Noah for building an Ark (foreshadowing of Christ who places us in His Ark of Salvation) but then flood waters came suddenly. Jesus says, "They will say, "Above all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. They will say 'Where is this 'coming' he promised? Ever since our ancestors died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation." (2 Peter 3:3-4), The world powers and people who are worldly (James 4:4, 1 John 2:15) want to caste doubt on the Second Coming of Christ, but they shall be swept away suddenly by the consuming fire of His wrath (2 Thessalonians 1:8, Matthew 3:11).
Do not be discouraged by the denying words of the disciples of the devil and this world. They have deluded themselves into believing the Day of Judgment is far from now and may never come. What utter folly! For Christ is coming soon, and the prophecies of both Old and New Testament are being fulfilled; it merely takes those who have "eyes to see and ears to hear." Those of who do are blessed, for Jesus said, "But blessed are your eyes because they see, and your ears because they hear," (Matthew 13"16) to see it. But many do not, for Jesus also said, "so that,'they may be ever seeing but never perceiving, and ever hearing but never understanding; otherwise they might turn and be forgiven!" (Mark 4:12). We who are in Lamb's Book of Life (Luke 10:20, Revelation 21:27) should not fear the coming Day of Judgment. We are to receive Christ like Bridegroom, and we are Bride! We shall not see anger on his Face if we stand firm and endure to end (Matthew 24:13), but the love and passionate care for us. The wicked and evildoers, the unbeliever shall see wrath and anger for they choose to be condemned already (John 3:17).
Every knee shall bow and confess Christ Jesus as Lord. The difference is there will be those who do so out of joy, love, and their own desire (Romans 10:9) and there will be those who will do so out of terror (Revelation 6:16) and then be caste into the fires of hell (Matthew 13:42, . All must stand and kneel before Christ the King, but there will be two crowds and two lines. One will do so out of sheer immensity of God's love, their body buckling to their knees, these the Saints and Sheep (Matthew 25:31-46) will bow out of love and joy, but the Other who are Sinners and Goats (Matthew 25:31-46) will kneel because of glory and power of God's presence, they will feel fear instead of love they could have chosen and so the weight will pull them down to he furnace that burns forever.
It is time to decide. Will you kneel out of love, free will, and because of God's love overwhelming you; or will you kneel out of fear, forcefully, and because God's justice is overwhelming you? You must choose this day how you shall approach God's White Throne, out of confidence as citizen of heaven (Philippians 3:20) or out of cravenness as citizen of hell? If you want to know Christ Jesus and His Love, and counted as Saint, a Sheep, and Saved, then pray the following: "Lord Jesus Christ, I know I am sinner, that I have done evil from my birth to this breath. I ask for your forgiveness, that you take this sin and evil choices and let your blood blanket it and put it to death with your Death and resurrect me with your Resurrection power (Philippians 3:10). I want to know you, Father, Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit, One God in three persons (essence). I dedicate and devout myself to your care and shall serve you all the days of my life, in Name of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Amen." Having prayed that get the Bible APP, or The Holy Bible (NIV, ESV, NLT, NASB, TLB, the MESSAGE) at a bookstore near you. Read The Gospel of John, 1 John, Colossians, 1 Corinthians, Galatians, Philippians, 1 Peter, 2 Peter, Hebrews, Ephesians, 2 Corinthians, Gospel of Matthew, Gospel of Luke, and Revelation (The Apocalypse of John). While reading the Bible, get baptized in water at Church, and Baptized in Spirit: ask the Holy Spirit to come and manifest on you and receive the Gifts of Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12). From there go to a Spirit Filled Bible Balanced Church. You need to find a Church that believes in Gifts and Manifestations of Holy Spirit moving today and that adheres to the words of Scripture (The Bible). Pray everyday, which is talking to Christ Jesus. Make requests, but also commune, be still and listen to the voice of Trinity (Father, Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit: Three but One God). Do not listen to spirits, fallen angels, demons, or anything that raises up against knowledge of True God: "We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ." (2 Corinthians 10:5). Do no pray to or worship the saints, Mary, angels, or images: "But he (the angel) said to me, "Don't do that! I am a fellow servant with you and with your fellow prophets and with all who keep the words of this scroll. Worship God!"(Revelation 22:9). Pray to the One True God who is the Father, Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit.
