Many gospels, Only One True Gospel

False grails and the Holy Grail in "Indiana Jones And The Last Crusade"

There are many gospels being preached across the United States. These gospels are not The Gospel as recorded by the Apostles Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John (The Synoptic Gospels). They are distortions and fabrications by men who have sought to "change an iota" at the expense of their very souls. The false gospels I am about to examine one by one range from ancient to more contemporary heresies. It is incredible how the Truth can be twisted and believed recklessly by the masses.

The Social Gospel

The Social gospel is perhaps the most popular false gospel of them all. Endorsed and preached by the current pontiff Pope Francis I, the social gospel teaches that Jesus Christ came to help the poor and impoverished. That Christ's mission was to teach man to help those less fortunate and create a world devoid of hunger, thirst, warmth, and care. Also known as the Compassion gospel, this teaching violates a fundamental truth of the True gospel; preaching the Gospel of Christ! Mother Teresa spent time in impoverished districts of India, helping the poor and caring for the dying, but she never once shared her faith! This violates Jesus' own words, "Go forth and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in name of Father, the Son, and Holy Spirit, (Matthew 28:19)" and "Go to all the World and Preach the Gospel (Good News) to all creation.." (Mark 16:15). Our Lord and Savior even had the courage to confront the Social gospel espoused by Judas Iscariot who grumbled and said, "the money that could have been made from perfume could have been used for the poor (and he said this not because he cared for the poor, but because he was the keeper of the purse and stole from it regularly)" and to this Jesus said, "the poor you will have with you always, but you will not have Me always." (Matthew 26:11). The Social Gospel also takes a bent on justice for minorities, and gets embroiled in Women's Liberation, Black Liberation theology, but it mainly focuses on helping the less fortunate, but without sharing the Gospel itself which is, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his Only Begotten (not made) Son Jesus Christ, and whoever believes in Jesus Christ shall not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16).

The Liberation gospel

The Liberation gospel is tied closely to the Social gospel, and sometimes the two are consider one organism. The Liberation gospel focuses on grievances against minorities like African Americans, Women, Homosexuals, and other groups who want to empower their voice by claiming Christ came to deliver and set people from these problems. The focus of this gospel is not on the true message that Jesus wants you to believe in Him and be saved, but rather to take up a protest against any institution, government, program, or person who does not pay homage to minorities who are still embittered about slavery, and other grievances they themselves never experienced, but that their ancestors did. The Native American, restore California to Mexico Movement, Hawaiian Pride, and more are part of this gospel, but these people are actually fulfilling a prophecy, "In those days more people will be sectarian, and the love of many will grow cold." (Matthew 10:21). Liberation Gospel uses the True Gospel for political agenda and in very verbally violent way. It pseudo-gospel that has more to do with a cult of fanatics wanting to spread lies about racism, sexism, and minorities in hopes of getting something they want while turning "brother against brother and betray one another unto death." (Matthew 10:21). Jesus did not come empower minorities, He came to save souls. "They then began to cry Melek, King, and by force wanting to make Jesus a King, but he slipped away to the mountain alone." (John 6:15).

The Liberal gospel

The liberal gospel comes from Liberal theology which believes The Bible, and all its teaches are myths that can be beneficial for training in good morality. The liberal gospel speaks of Jesus as "The Man" or The Historical Jesus who was a itinerant preacher, but they deny his divinity which eliminates the Gospel and the way of Salvation. For in Jesus is the fullness of the Deity (Colossians 2:9). People who believe the liberal gospel often call Jesus a great philosopher, revolutionary, moralist, historical figure, and even a prophet. But they fail to call Him what he really is, "Son of God," (Romans 10:9), "God himself," (Colossians 2:9), "Savior" (Luke 2:11), "Emmanuel, God with us, (Matthew 1:23)" "Prince of Peace,(Isaiah 9:6)," "The Way, the Truth, and the Life," (John 14:6), and "Very God of Very God." (Nicene Creed). The Liberal gospel is espoused by Athiests, Darwinists, and other non-Christians. It is a apostasy and a lie that infects the hearts and minds of proud intellectuals who do not want to acknowledge their need for God and for salvation from their sins.

The Prosperity gospel

The Prosperity Gospel is perhaps the most powerful in the United States next to The Social Gospel. The Prosperity gospel teaches that if you dedicate your life to Jesus, and serve him, He will "open the storehouses of heaven and bless you with riches beyond your wildest imagination." This sounds more like Midas than the Messiah, for Jesus said, "In this life you will have tribulation," (John 16:33) and "you shall be hated and persecuted for My sake, for if they hated me they will hate you. All nations will hate you. " (Matthew 24:9, Matthew 10:22, John 15:18). Those verses straight from Holy Bible do not align with the prosperity gospel. Those who teach the Midas gospel have delusional view that they "name it and claim it"; that they can point at mansion, expensive car, or whatever their heart's desire and claim that, and one day soon they will have it. The Prosperity Gospel sounds like mix of Santa Claus for adults and a Jin or Genie, than the True Triune God who says unto us in the Bible, "But the one who endure to the end and you shall be saved," (Matthew 24:13) and "I have called you out of the world, this is why the world hates you." (John 15:19). The Prosperity gospel is very popular in America and sadly this heresy is being exported to Asia, Africa, and other continents.

The Coptic gospel

The Coptic Church is one of the oldest churches, but actually it is not a church. Copts are heretics who do not believe Jesus is God, and instead claim Him as prophet and holy man to worship, but not one with Father and Holy Spirit. This contradicts Jesus' own words, "I and Father are one," and "I will send the Holy Spirit, who proceeds from Father, and who testify about Me," and "Father, let them be One as you and I are One," and as Paul said, "Jesus is the fullness of the Godhead in bodily form." (Colossians 2:9, cross ref Colossians 1:19). Coptic Christianity isn't Christianity, it is apostasy that survived in Egypt. This church really is no church, but like Mormons (Latter Day Saints) and Jehovah Witnesses preaches a false gospel, a false Christ, and false salvation.

The Latter Day Gospel

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, once known as the Mormons is not true church, nor is it following Jesus. Mormons believe Jesus and Satan were brothers, and that their parents, Father and Mother god chose Jesus' salvation plan over Satan's. Father and Mother god have sex to create spirit babies that will only enter the faithful Mormons who wear special undergarments and who zealously champion their belief. The Holy Bible has no mother God, and Satan is not Jesus' brother, but the evil one (1 John 5:19), the fallen one (Isaiah 14:12-15), the serpent of old (Revelation 20:2), the dragon (Revelation 20:2), who fell from heaven (Luke 10:18), and who was once Lucifer and lead worship in Eden (Ezekiel 28:13-19). The Latter day gospel is a lie that has some Zoroastrian roots and Nestorian ideas mingled into a very strange belief that true Mormons will get their own planets, and that they can be polygamists and bigamists like Muslims.

The Witness (Watchtower) gospel

Jehovah Witnesses like The Latter Day Saints (Mormons) preach another Gospel. They deny that Jehovah and Jesus are One, and they do not believe Jesus came in the flesh or had a body (Nestorianism). Ironically, in their own Bible contains the same words in our Bible, "I and the Father (Jehovah) are One,"(John 10:30), and "anyone who denies Jesus came in the flesh is a deceiver and the Antichrist." (2 John 1:7). Jehovah Witnesses serve under leadership called The Watchtower which is very dogmatic and cruel leadership that will not abide questions or investigations of any kind. I have met Jehovah Witness who became Christina and said what lead him on path to salvation and out of the throes of Watchtower was that Pastors in Christina Churches would discuss questions with him, encourage him do investigate his thoughts, and when they didn't have the answers refused to be angry and said, "There is mystery to God's ways, and I sometimes don't know the answers, but God will speak to you if you need to know it, seek Him."

The Nestorian gospel

It is believed the Nestorians were destroyed. The Nestorians believed very bizarre and evil things. They believed there was two christs, one was flesh and evil, one was spirit and good. They believed all matter, all physical and see able things to be evil, and all spiritual, unseen things to be good. Thus having sex was evil, our bodies evil, food evil, and so on. As you can see it wouldn't probably have lasted very long anyway, but its influence is still felt in the Jehovah Witness false gospel that denies Jesus came in a body and had flesh like our bodies. Nestorianism gets some influence from Zorastrianism which taught there is a good god and evil god, and you had to serve one or the other; Nestorians repeated this in their spirit is good, flesh is evil.

Chrislam gospel

Chrislam is a combination of Christianity and Islam; it is unification of the two religions. Their gospel claims "Allah and Christ are same God. We worship the same God." This is fundamentally a lie because true Muslims profess every day at Salat (prayers, five times a day), "There is no Father, God is not a Son, and God is not a spirit." When we profess, "In Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen." Allah is not our God! Allah is Baal, and the Lord said, "stop calling me Baal! I am not Baal, I am Ishe (husband) " (Hosea 2:16). Muhammad was exposed to Arian Christianity, a heresy destroyed at the Council of Nicaea. Muhammad had vision to unite Judaism, Christianity, and Islam together, for he originally believed, "Jews had first revelation, Christians the second revelation, and I the final revelation." But this attitude which seems to be at heart of Chrislam was abandoned after Muhammad was run out of Mecca and he raised an army at Medina to conquer any tribe that did not receive his message. Muhammad speaks against what we Christians believe when he says, "They believe that Jesus was crucified, but they are deceived. He did not die, he was not crucified, he ascended and an impostor took his place." (Qurans, Surah 4:157-158). This contradicts what we as Christians believe at the core!: "But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed." (Isaiah 53:5) and "For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive in the Spirit." (1 Peter 3:18), and "For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him." (1 Thessalonians 4:14). You can tell Chrislam gospel is being preached if they don't preach the death or resurrection of Christ.

The Universal gospel

The Universal Gospel takes apostasy and false gospels one step further than Chrislam. It is the belief that all religions and all gods are the same and one. That Christian, a Muslim, a Hindu, a Buddhist, and the rest all worship the same god and can thus be united in seeking their view, their image, and their God. Churches that have all the religions meet together are called Unitarian Churches. It is astounds me how this works, when Christian says, "In Name of Father, in Name of the Son, and Holy Spirit," and Muslims says, "God is not a Father, God is not a Son, and God is not a Spirit." How do they get along? The Universal Gospel will be a perfect transition into the rise of the Man of Sin, His One World Religion and Government. The Antichrist will easily manipulate this false church following a false gospel. For Jesus said, "I am the Way (only), Truth (only), and Life, none may come to Father except through me." (John 14:6). There is no other name that saves but Jesus Christ who is One with the Father and Holy Spirit!

The Ragamuffin gospel

Also known as the Prisoner gospel. The Ragamuffin Gospel is the belief that "churches are not houses of the saints, but hospitals for sinners." There is no impetus to get well, its all about accepting, loving, and being compassionate to people in their sin. This gospel according to the author of the famous Book "Ragamuffin" says that Jesus will save and loves "a drunk who never gets well and dies in ditch, its ok to do this." Actually, Scripture says, "Shall we sin all the more because grace will abound all the more? God forbid! Do you not know you have died to sin?" (Romans 6:1-15) and "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!," (2 Corinthians 5:17), "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
," (Galatians 2:20), "But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light," (1 Peter 2:9) and "And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus," (Ephesians 2;6). Doesn't sound like sinners who never get well to me! When we get saved we are transformed, "born again" and made into a "new creation." The Ragamuffin or Sinner's Gospel does not acknowledge this and instead would have people deny getting over addictions, health problems, and other debilitating behaviors. It is Grace without Justice and Righteousness, or as Bonhoeffer called it "Cheap Grace" (The Cost of Discipleship).

The Penitential gospel

The Religious Gospel also known as the Penitential Gospel has a Christian always doing penance, making amends, repenting, and seeking absolution for sin. The apostle John said, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9). The Penitential Gospel is the opposite of the Ragamuffin "Cheap Grace" Gospel. It has no grace, and is in effect a Gospel of Works. Those under this "heavy yoke" find themselves unable to ever forgive their mistakes, and unable to believe that Jesus Christ's sacrifice on the cross "For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive in the Spirit." (1 Peter 3:18). These penitential people implore saints, the Madonna, and more to help assuage their guilt, which leads them into idolatry. Those following the religious gospel are ever focused on their sins and feel the need to habitually confess to a priest, or apologize to people. While we as believers are called "Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective," (James 5:16) and "Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord," (Acts 3:18) this gospel takes it too far and makes people never feel, understand, or experience God's forgiveness and Grace. This gospel saw its greatest power over people's lives in the form of the Crusade (1095-1291 A.D.). The Crusade was penance that if a soldier or knight died fighting infidels, they would be admitted into heaven, but otherwise would go to Purgatory.

The Once Saved Always Saved gospel

This gospel teaches people that they can never lose their salvation. That upon praying the Sinner's prayer they will never go to hell. The problem is that Hebrews 6 says, " For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame," (Hebrews 6:4-6) and 2 Peter says, "Therefore, dear friends, since you have been forewarned, be on your guard so that you may not be carried away by the error of the lawless and fall from your secure position. If they have escaped the corruption of the world by knowing our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and are again entangled in it and are overcome, they are worse off at the end than they were at the beginning. It would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than to have known it and then to turn their backs on the sacred command that was passed on to them." (2 Peter 3:17, 20-21). Jesus Christ even says, "endure to the end and you shall be saved," (Matthew 24:13) and "To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat down with my Father on his throne." (Revelation 3:21). Endure means you have to hang on, keep seeking Christ, and live for Him; not just pray one prayer and then act like you don't know Jesus the rest of your days. Jesus clearly says, "Many will come and say 'Lord did we not heal in your name, deliver demons in your name, and preach in your name?' and I will say unto them, "I never knew you, away with you workers of lawlessness!" (Matthew 7:22-23). Jesus even says, "..When Son of Man comes will He find faith?" (Luke 18:8) and "The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons." (1 Timothy 4:1). Clearly one can fall away, but it is a choice and so we must daily, "deny ourselves, pick up our cross, and follow Jesus." (Matthew 16:24).

The Papal gospel

Pope Francis I upon his inauguration to pontiff proclaim a false gospel, "Jesus died for all sinners.." therefore everyone is saved wither they are Muslim or Pagan, they are saved. Actually, yes Jesus died for all sinners (Romans 5:6) but there is crucial step for salvation pontiff! It is called "believing, and confessing! and living." Jesus said, "whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life," (John 3:16). Paul affirms this and said, "If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved," (Romans 10:9) and again, "endure (keep believing, and confessing) to the end and you shall be saved." (Matthew 24:15). You have to believe in your heart, confess with your mouth, and live for Jesus Christ!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There are many other false gospels out there. Jesus said, "In those days there will be false christs, and false prophets who will do signs and wonders to deceive if possible the Elect." (Matthew 24:24). The Apostle Paul on two accounts talks about false gospels, "But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let them be under God's curse!," (Galatians 1:8), and "For if someone comes to you and preaches a Jesus other than the Jesus we preached, or if you receive a different spirit from the Spirit you received, or a different gospel from the one you accepted, you put up with it easily enough." (2 Corinthians 11:4).
False gospels abound, and so how will we keep from being deceived? Easy, read The Four Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Read the epistles of St. Paul, St. Peter, and St. John and the Revelation. All the answers are contained in there and if you saturate your mind and heart in the True Gospel in the Holy Bible (NASB, ESV, NIV, NKJV, and TLB), you shall not be deceived.

THE TRUE GOSPEL

The True Gospel is this, "You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:6, 8). "For God so loved the World he gave his only son, Jesus, and who believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life," (John 3:16). "If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.," (Romans 10:9), "Endure to the end and you shall be saved," (Matthew 24:13) "Jesus answered and said to them, "This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He has sent," (John 6:29), "Love the Lord Your God (Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit, Three that are One) with all your Heart, Soul, Mind, and strength, and love your neighbor as yourself." (Luke 10:27). The True Gospel is to believe Jesus Christ is the "fullness of the Deity and Godhead" (Colossians 2:9, 1:18) that He died for your sins and makes you blameless in His blood and  forgiveness if you receive this Grace, and that He rose form dead and defeated death and the devil; and that we shall be raised from dead and be like Him (2 Corinthians 3:18). Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father (John 14:6), if you have seen Jesus you've seen the Father (John 14:7-9), Jesus is One with the Father (John 10:30), The Holy Spirit proceeds from both Jesus and the Father (John 15:26). Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit (Luke 1:35), born of the Virgin Mary in Bethlehem (Matthew 1:18), went to Egypt (Matthew 2:13), lived in Nazareth (Matthew 2:23), preached and taught for three years, suffered under Pontius Pilate (Matthew 27), was Crucified (John 19), Buried (John 19:41), and Dead (John 18:30), Rose from the Dead on th Third Day (Mark 16:9, Luke 24:153), walked and revealed Himself to His Disciples for Forty Days as Risen (Acts 1:3), Ascended into Heaven (Acts 1:9-12), and Is Returning on the Clouds of Heaven to Judge the Quick and the Dead (Revelation 1:7, Matthew 16:27, 1 Thessalonians 4:17). Jesus has the Name above all names (Philippians 2:9), He came in flesh and had body (John 1:14), but was fully God (Colossians 1:18, Colossians 2:9). He is both one hundred percent God, and one hundred percent Man. In Him is the only way of Salvation, His Blood (1 John 1:7), and Death  cleanses sinners of all sin (Romans 5:10), and His Resurrection Life (John 11:25) resurrects our Spirit, our relationship with Him who is God the Father, the Son Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit, and shall resurrect our body on the Last Day (1 Corinthians 13:52). Amen.

Israel’s Conquest of Canaan: The Nephilim and Giants

Christianity Today asserts that the conquest of Canaan can be a “stumbling block” for believers. This probably is because of a foolish idea of comparing it to a modern conquest happening in our world. The truth is that God had Israel conquer Canaan because it was ruled by evil giants, “We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak come from the Nephilim). We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them.” (Numbers 13:33). These are Anakim or Nephilim, the children of angels and human women, “When man began to multiply on the face of the land and daughters were born to them, the sons of God (angels) saw that the daughters of man were attractive. And they took as their wives any they chose. Then the LORD said, “My Spirit shall not abide in man forever, for he is flesh: his days shall be 120 years.” The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of man and they bore children to them. These w

Dispensationalism

John Nelson Darby (1800-1882) was a man who did two things, he took 70th week of the Book of Daniel and stretched out to the End Times, and he was the father of  Dispensationalism , a belief system that God dispenses different peoples with separate blessings and covenants. According to Darb'ys doctrine of Dispensationalism, God dispenses different covenants. There are total of seven dispensations that divide the history of man: I. Dispensation of Innocence (prior to the Fall, "Do not east of the Fruit of Good and Eve, Eden), II. Dispensation of Conscience ( You must assuage guilt and sin with blood sacrifices.) III. Dispensation of Human Government (Multiply and Subdue the world, example the Tower of Babel Gen 11:1-9, and Genesis 1:28). IV. Dispensation of the Promise (Dwell in Canaan, Jerusalem) V. Dispensation of the Law ("Obey the Law of Moses and the Prophets"). VI. Dispensation of Grace (The Church, Jesus Christ has come and died for our sins an

Jesus’ Name in Aramaic

There has been a trend to render Jesus’ name Hebrew, יֵשׁוּעַ , Yeshua. The problem is neither Christ nor his apostles, nor the Jews in 30-33 A.D. spoke Hebrew, they spoke Aramaic. A ramaic is the oldest language on earth and was the language Jesus spoke. In fact, the oldest Old Testament is the Septuagint a Greco translation around 132 B.C.E. (165 Years Before Christ)that was translated from Aramaic. The Masoretic Text, The Hebrew Old Testament most Bibles use, dates from 7th to 10th Century A.D. (Medieval Times).  This translation does not cross reference with the words of Christ in the New Testament which are Aramaic and Koine Greek.  If the Aramaic was what Jesus spoke, then by what name would have been called? Jesus’ name in Aramaic is Isho or Eesho, spelled ܝܫܘܥ . That is the name of our Lord in Aramaic! He would have heard his name in this dialect, “Hail Isho or Eesho!” as well as the Greek, Ἰ ησο ῦ ς , Iesous.  Aramaic is disappearing, only a few people are endeavo
