Pedophilia, that is preying upon underage children for sexual gratification has actually been commonplace in Japan, dating back to Feudal times with the Samurai, used in World War II and now into the present times. One of the major ways Japan is spreading the Lolicon or Pedophilia grooming is through Anime:

Most Anime from Sailor Moon (1995) to some of newer animes like Demon Slayer (2021) depict as sexually atractive interestsu nder age girls like Nazuko in Demon Slayer, and Pan being underage sexualized girl in Dragon Ball GT, and Bulma in original Dragon Ball being sexualized as a minor. This pedophila and sexualization of minors in anime is is not simply an outlier. There are people who cry that Anime once had a golden age when the anime females looked more mature like Fey Valentine in Cowboy Bebop (1998), or Merly in Trigun 1998 Original. But one of first and popular Anime was Sailor Moon, which is underaged school girls in Japan becoming super heroines, and in their transformation they do become naked, albeit their nipples and vaginal area is concealed in what is called Ecchi style Anime (sorta like Sot Core Porn, but more skin, almost all the forbidden seen). Harem Anime like Tenchi Mayo were all about one male character, Tenchi having all these under ages and normal age looking girls pining for him and getting into sexual situations like in Japanese traditional baths. There is no doubt sexual objectification and fetishes are explored in Anime, but what is even more alarming is how many of the girls look 10-16, underage even in Japan, with the creators saying, “Oh they are 19 and in early twenties, they just look young.” That doesn’t matter, the media of Anime is presenting underage girls and boys in sexual situations, and depicting them as sex objects, which in turn can groom people to seek out Pedophilic Porn, and from there Predatory behaviors.
Anime has had a huge resurgence, a Second Golden Age with Studio Orange making three dimensional fights and vehicles look more real while keeping the traditional manga big eyes, cute faces, neat hair, and etc looking style. CrunchyRoll, the Netflix of Anime has become a major streaming platform behemoth, and now Anime movies like Dragon Ball Super Hero have been released in theaters and are grossing more than even live action films. The craving for anime and manga is so great, that in department stores like Target there is Manga sections, and the Manga Sections at Bookstores is the largest section in the store. Part of what draws people into Manga and Anime world is that it does have compelling stories, Trigun is about two angelic beings who are brother fighting over human race, Geneshaft (2001) explored what will happen if we designate a person’s purpose and value to their genes and erase love with other emotions, kinda like Gattica, but it explored it more in Star Trek Star Fleet way. Many people become attached to well written and well designed characters, feeling in them a sense of inspiration, catharsis, connection, and purpose. All of this is understandable, and this post is not meant as diatribe of all Anime is evil, and purge it in name of the Alpha and Omega, but lays out cautions about what Japan is up to with the sexualization aspects of their Mangas and Anime.
I sincerely believe that Anime is being used as Trojan Horse in the West to expose people to Pedophilia by making people get attached and attracted to underage looking girls and boys. From these shows like Gundam: GQuuuuuuux (2025) with is underage protagonist Amate Yuzuehira or Machu being high school girl who looks 12yrs old in undies to the young little Boys of Naruto, and even Avatar The Last Airbender, it is evident that Japan is using their old techniques that date back to the Middle Ages of Pedophilia spreading by media. Worse, they have a next stage to hook people, once you have become addicted to the child like anime gal or boy, a person can shift to Hentai or Anime Porn, with Rule34 having art and gifs of anything a person likes in Anime, Manga, Video Games, and etc depicted in full sexual positions, fetishes, and etc. From there the next stage will probably be VR Skins of Anime characters in virtual reality gaming, and Sex Bots which Japan has created that look human, feel like flesh, and have AI minds to relate people, how long till they can craft them into Anime characters people like? But even worse is that this pedophile culture of Anime is a grooming tactic, make no mistake, to get young minds harvested and potentially turn them into full fledge sex predators in adulthood. This is a spiritually demonic and mental illness that is spreading from the Island of Japan, which is more invidious than even their suicide/ Seppeku cult with the Samurai that originated in Korea. As Christians it behooves us to be careful, Anime is not just innocent cartoons, heck even cartoons in West like Loony Toons had cross dressing and sexual objectification by Pepe LePu the Skunk, and stuff in SpongeBob Sqaurepants, and much of Cartoon Network’s stuff even had Dexter from Dexter’s Laboratory nude and he is a child! Make no mistake cartoons and anime are a medium that Pedophiles are grooming people into becoming the next generation of pedophiles. This is about rescuing our souls and those of our children, because there was a culture that did this in West too, the Greeks and Romans had little boys they had sex with (Lower Than The Angels: Sex and history of Christianity, Chapters 1-5, Diamand McCulloch), and recently there has been the abuse of children in Roman Catholic Church (highlighted in the movie Spotlight), and the Southern Baptist Churches. So Japan is not unique is spreading this abuse of minors and children, what is unique about Japan is how successful they are at doing it and slipping it under the noses of parents. Anime is their Trojan Horse into Troy, that is your household. Make no mistake, in these Animes they are grooming youths into being sexually into young looking girls that look anywhere between 10-17 and have bust sizes of 30yr olds who are pregnant. Some Anime don’t even deny the pedophilia like Master Roshi in Dragon Ball being predator after young girls and being horny sex obsessed old man, and Ooolong, the Pig who is horny character too who’s first wish from Shenron is a girl’s panties which in a later Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball GT (1996 JAP, 2004 US), Episode 51, creates Princess Oto or Oceanus Shenron, which is super sexualized dragon gal of the water, who looks underage, and who’s true form is a conventional demon of the Bible, particularly those seen in 16th century artwork. Some of these Anime shows do not hide their intent, like Dragon Ball, but others are cleaver at getting people hooked on the story, the creative cast of characters, and emotion of relationships, and really intriguing premises about humanity in the future. Then they slip underage looking characters like Caulifa the Saiyan in Dragon Ball Super or out the gate have school girl who is under age like Kegome Higurashi (she is 15) who falls in love with Inuyasha, the Half Demon. That is another thing, in a lot of these shows its not just minors being sexualized, there is demons, and sometimes outright references to Satan like in Dragon Ball, Hercule the Wrestler is Mr. Satan, his Daughter is Videl which is Devil rearranged, and her daughter Pan who’s namesake which was sexual god of underworld that Jesus even preached near his temple about “gates of hell not prevailing against the church,” (Matthew 16:17-19). Pan in specific seduced children for sex with his flute, which you see Pan in Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe as Mr. Tumnus, trying to seduce Lucy Pevensie, because he is based on Pan the false god.
We have to be vigilant. Japan is very gifted at seducing. The Anime girlies are very attractive, cute, and fun to watch; but they are under age! It doesn’t matter if they say in narrative, really 21, take Onegai Teacher or Please Teacher (2003), in that anime a late Thirties Alien, Mizhou Kazami, not only marries what looks like Sixteen Year Old Boy name Kei, even though he has this excuse that his disease of stand stills has held his body back and he really is in his twenties, it doesn’t matter, it is sexualizing a minor looking boy with Teacher! Yes they Marry, and that is suppose to make it alright for Westerners, but it doesn’t. We’d never let a 30yr old Teacher marry a Sixteen Year Old. Worse, the friends of Kei in Please Teacher are all minors in High School, and there is even a scene where the red head seduces and rapes one of the boys. Onegai Teacher is probably one of the few anime that outright leans heavy on objectifying both the male characters as much as female; there is even a girl who looks twelve who you find out has the stand stills too, so that viewers can be ok with her being sexually objectified. A sequel in 2016, Onegai Twins or Please Twins, has two Little Girls who look 12, but have bust sizes of twenty year olds, one even gets sexually assaulted, and the two get naked in Ecchi style, almost full nude in baths, fall on each other naked, go to bed naked and etc. Again this is perpetuating the pedophilic mentality! The Serpent is using this medium to expose people to sexuality they should not be exposed to, and it is even grooming kids to find underage sexuality as normal; making them prey for predators, and from what I heard from teacher I know who shared the horrors that 6th Graders are engaging in oral sex and other real life sexual acts when they arn’t yet old enough to procreate!
I do not think the harm of Anime can be quantified easily. It not only spread pedophilia, it gives people unrealistic expectations, with girls fawning over men like they are gods (an Incel’s dream, see my previous post on Incels), and depicts women so exotic and beautiful that no human woman on Earth can compare. So while it is exposing people to pedophilic imagery and justifying it, it is also like pornography is creating a fantasy that can never be found in this world, even if the Sex Bots and holograms/ VR Skins seem to be able to achieve that fantasy, which tech suites that allow people to feel touch now exists. All of this is to transform people into predators and make them crave a fantasy that does not exist in this world and make them dependent on the media content to satisfy their lusts. An Anime girl or guy will always be frozen in time, always that age, and artists can keep rendering them till Jesus Returns, but in real life you will age, and your fantasy will not. Some may say, “that sounds great! I have a hottie Waifu (digital wife, character, etc) forever!” Yes, but then you will die and stand before Jesus for your judgement, and he will ask you like Parable of Talents, why you were like the servant who buried your treasure in the ground, rather than multiplying it? (Matthew 25:14-30). For God made the mandate, “be fruitful and multiply, and subdue the Earth.” (Genesis 1:28). A Wife is a treasure from God, “A man’s greatest treasure is his wife” (Proverbs 18:22 CEV). Husbands are suppose to be like Jesus to their wives, “For husbands, this means love your wives, just as Christ loved the church. He gave up his life for her” (Ephesians 6:25). Children are like arrows, “As arrows are in the hand of a warrior, so are the children of one’s youth.” (Psalm 127:4) and are blessing, “3
Children are a blessing and a gift from the Lord.” (Psalm 127:3 CEV). If you happen to be the 0.001% of Eunuchs God has called to be celibate, then fine, but that is not most of us, and Anime is becoming a tool of the Enemy to substitute for having families. In addition, it is grooming people into more and more outlandish sexual behaviors, because it does not stop in porn with just under age looking Hentai, it morphs into Furries, and Half Dragons, Horses, Beasts, Blue Alien Skin, and etc; any appetite can be satiated, as even new Porn of the most outlandish Sexual Fantasy that has never existed can be created, “they became inventors of Sin,” (Romans 1:30). Make no mistake the ties of Pedophilia and Pornography to Anime is real, as well as its connection into Incels and 4B Movement. This is a demonic medium that Japan is using to seduce the Youth has they have done since Feudal times (see my link to the history and study in first paragraph). If we as the Church stand around and do nothing, make no mistake, this will likely lead to more Sexual Abuse Scandals in the Church, which I have no doubt Anime and its sexualizing of minors has played a hand in.
