Tempest & Tranquility



Before I didst depart for The Holy Land, my brother told me that the Evil One would attempt to dismay and deminsh me and my mother's joy. That he would make us doubt that our visit to Israel wouldst be blissful, that it twould instead be toil, hardship, and perpetual suffering. I can confirm my brother's word of wisdom to be true, for yesterday me and my ma were caught in a tempest of confusion and spiritual enmity. The Fallen One assailed me the entire trip across the Atlantic. He tempted me repeatedly to give into his web of lies. I found myself crucified spiritually and physically, I wast in such pain on the journey that I cried out to my Soverign Lord for his healing. When we arrived at Galilee, the tempest grew into a twister of anxiety and chaos. We lost items and experianced a spirit of divination. Hasatan flooded our minds. He assured us that we wouldst not enjoy this trip, that it twas in vain to come. We even got a filthy room.Events seemed to confirm the voice that spoke against us, only once we did sit and pray to Christ did peace, Shalom fill our hearts. We prayed the manager would be contrite, convicted for putting us in a room that didst not meet Kosher codes.

As I sat and rested in God's presence, we recieved a call from Manager. He decided to uprgrade us to suite at no cost. The suite has balcony that overlook scenery so majestic, so beautiful that it tis difficult to discribe. All I can say is an oasis, trees, foliage, palms, and a view of Mount Arbel, the mountain the Christ himself did climb oft when he dwelt here in this tranquil sanctumn. The Presence of Elohim, of the Almighty is profound. Instantly, I have felt a refeshing, te feel LORD encamped about me. Ultimately, I believe God is teaching me to perseve, to not let Devil beguile me into despair over tribulation or trials. That instead, sufferings should be seen a sign of coming prosperity and ecstacy.

Finally, as I sat in my room and look at splenderious view before me, I thought that I would want to bring my future wife to this place. That it twould be a perfect honeymoon spot. I can see myself taking her to the religious sites, to Churchs where we can pray and commune with Christ. Then resting upon the beach, swimming in the Galilee, and walking amongst the trees in the breeze. O Glorious King let it be! Make her known to me!

    I found a moment to read this. :)
    Oh, Jeff! I was so, so upset to read that thou wast tormented! I hath been praying so hard for thee...and I shall continue! May Christ keep you close.
    As for the view that thou dost speak of...I should dearly love to see it...if thou didst take a camera wouldst thou take a picture of the very view that you write of? :)
    Since thou hast been in the Holy Land I hath been longing to see it even more. Write all you want about it.
    I long to see the Galilee. I can only imagine how amazing it is there...enjoy it and I pray that thou dost have a blessed time with thy dear mother. :)
    When thou art tempted to be down because of the eveil one...know that thou art being lifted up all the time. Truly.
    Again, I pray a blessing on thy time there!

Dispensationalism

John Nelson Darby (1800-1882) was a man who did two things, he took 70th week of the Book of Daniel and stretched out to the End Times, and he was the father of  Dispensationalism , a belief system that God dispenses different peoples with separate blessings and covenants. According to Darb'ys doctrine of Dispensationalism, God dispenses different covenants. There are total of seven dispensations that divide the history of man: I. Orthodox Christianity and Messianic Judaism

There is a divide between the two sides of Christianity. One is lined by a rosary, the other with tallit (prayer shawl). In the west we tend to come from a Greco-Roman understanding of The Bible and Jesus Christ.
