While He Can Still Be Found...

There is haunting verse by the prophet blank who says, "seek the Lord while He can still be found." (Isaiah 55:6). At first this is quizzical remark, where is the Lord going? Will there come a time when you cannot find Him? The answer is yes. There is coming a time when seeking Christ will end and He shall be seen by all. (Revelation 1:7). In this moment, the Second Coming, the saints will be changed (1 Corinthians 15:51-52), the Dead in Christ will rise first, (1 Thessalonians 4:16) and the wicked shall be thrown in furnace of hell fire (Matthew 13:49-50). A Judgment will take place, one that will be a "winepress of wrath and bloodshed that will cover the expanse of two hundred miles!" (Revelation 14:20).

But cannot Christ be sought when He returns? How is it not finding Jesus when He comes. The Truth is that then it is too late. If you have not found Jesus Christ as your Lord, Savior, and God then you are condemned (John 3:17-20) and chance to find Him is over. For Jesus will say, "I never knew you, depart from me you workers of inequity (evil, lawlessness)!" (Matthew 7:21-23). The Lord Jesus will return like a "theft in the night." (1 Thessalonians 5:2, Revelation 16:15). Those who know Jesus keep watch in prayer and vigilance over their actions. They spend the time until His Second Coming communing with Him and expecting His Return.

There is a point when it will be too late and the seeking will cease. In that hour all who have not found Jesus will be subject to judgment. Their chance to have His Mercy and Blood Covering will have passed and they shall go before the White Throne of God's Judgment and the "Books shall be opened and they will be judged according to their deeds. And if anyone is not found in Book of Life (Those Jesus knows), they shall be thrown into the lake of fire" (Revelation 20:12-13,15). Those deeds will not save them for the Word says, "If one has sinned, they have commited all sins and are guilty of all sin," (Ezekial 19:20-24, James 2:10) and likewise, "it only takes one sin to separate you from God." (Isaiah 59:2). In contrast, one who believes in Jesus Christ shall, "For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 8:39). Only Jesus Christ's Blood Sacrifice and Propitiation can give a person acquittal (Ephesians 1:7. Ephesians 2:13, 1 John 1:7, 1 John 2:2, Titus 2:14, Hebrews 9:22, Revelation 1:5, Revelation 12:11, Romans 3:25) and anyone who has not believed on Jesus Christ and His All Sufficient Sacrifice shall be sentenced to judgment. (Mark 16:16, John 3;18, Hebrews 3:19).

It seems unfair to unbelievers. They say, "but if I didn't get a chance to know Christ, its not my fault! This is injustice!" Such arrogance. The Apostle Paul said, "For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities--his eternal power and divine nature--have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse. For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like a mortal human being and birds and animals and reptiles." (Romans 1:20-23). Jesus has given everyone a chance to believe at some point, but many will refuse out of their own free will and so how dare anyone accuse God! How hard is it to love, believe, and follow a God who suffered, paid your debt of sin, and died for you?! To reject such a sacrifice from the Savior is a clear sign that person is without sense.

The time is short and each second brings us closer to the Second Coming. Seek Jesus Christ now while He can be found, For if He finds you on that Day of His Return it will be too late. The door closes (Matthew 25:10) and the Virgins whose lamps were not lit shall be rejected (see Matthew 25:12). Those "abusing their household and drinking with the drunkards shall be sent to the outer darkness and gnashing of teeth in hell." (Matthew 24:49-51). We are given a gift, it is this life and the chance to follow Christ Jesus. If we are wise and know Jesus personally and follow Him we shall have abundant life (John 10:10), eternal life (John 17:3), and everlasting life (John 3:16, John 11:26).

Choose now to follow Christ while it isn't too late.

Israel’s Conquest of Canaan: The Nephilim and Giants

Christianity Today asserts that the conquest of Canaan can be a “stumbling block” for believers. This probably is because of a foolish idea of comparing it to a modern conquest happening in our world. The truth is that God had Israel conquer Canaan because it was ruled by evil giants, “We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak come from the Nephilim). We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them.” (Numbers 13:33). These are Anakim or Nephilim, the children of angels and human women, “When man began to multiply on the face of the land and daughters were born to them, the sons of God (angels) saw that the daughters of man were attractive. And they took as their wives any they chose. Then the LORD said, “My Spirit shall not abide in man forever, for he is flesh: his days shall be 120 years.” The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of man and they bore children to them. The...

Dispensationalism

John Nelson Darby (1800-1882) was a man who did two things, he took 70th week of the Book of Daniel and stretched out to the End Times, and he was the father of  Dispensationalism , a belief system that God dispenses different peoples with separate blessings and covenants. According to Darb'ys doctrine of Dispensationalism, God dispenses different covenants. There are total of seven dispensations that divide the history of man: I. Dispensation of Innocence (prior to the Fall, "Do not east of the Fruit of Good and Eve, Eden), II. Dispensation of Conscience ( You must assuage guilt and sin with blood sacrifices.) III. Dispensation of Human Government (Multiply and Subdue the world, example the Tower of Babel Gen 11:1-9, and Genesis 1:28). IV. Dispensation of the Promise (Dwell in Canaan, Jerusalem) V. Dispensation of the Law ("Obey the Law of Moses and the Prophets"). VI. Dispensation of Grace (The Church, Jesus Christ has come...

Jesus’ Name in Aramaic

There has been a trend to render Jesus’ name Hebrew, יֵשׁוּעַ , Yeshua. The problem is neither Christ nor his apostles, nor the Jews in 30-33 A.D. spoke Hebrew, they spoke Aramaic. A ramaic is the oldest language on earth and was the language Jesus spoke. In fact, the oldest Old Testament is the Septuagint a Greco translation around 132 B.C.E. (165 Years Before Christ)that was translated from Aramaic. The Masoretic Text, The Hebrew Old Testament most Bibles use, dates from 7th to 10th Century A.D. (Medieval Times).  This translation does not cross reference with the words of Christ in the New Testament which are Aramaic and Koine Greek.  If the Aramaic was what Jesus spoke, then by what name would have been called? Jesus’ name in Aramaic is Isho or Eesho, spelled ܝܫܘܥ . That is the name of our Lord in Aramaic! He would have heard his name in this dialect, “Hail Isho or Eesho!” as well as the Greek, Ἰ ησο ῦ ς , Iesous.  Aramaic is disappearing, only a few peop...
