Rebellion: Entertaining Demons

I marvel at man’s rational. People will find all these reasons to put God  on trial and claim that He is not good or just, or whatever the accusation is. And yet with demons they are the opposite. They welcome them, and even surrender to them. Let me get this straight, you are going to question and lose faith in a God who so loved you He hung on a cross to be with demons? The demons and fallen angels are not loving, they are vicious, cruel, and will inflict such pain on you just because you look like God (Genesis 1:27). Yes it is entirely insane to go to the demonic and witchcraft, you who are disappointed that God did not gratify your every desire or does not ‘seem’ to have your answers and so leave Him who is love (1 John 4:16) to be with beings that are the antithesis of love, who play games and torment your soul for the fun of it. That is like losing your arm and you deciding to go to a torturer or dumping your good friend because they dissapoint you to be with an enemy who plots your downfall and uses you for their ends.

I am weary and tired of the God disappoints me trope. Boo hoo my life isn’t perfect so God mustn’t be, so I’ll go play with demons and devils instead. Yeah that is bright, leave the Lord Jesus who loves you and wants the best for you to be with principalities who are more selfish than you, these devils waged a war in heaven, “Then there was war in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon and his angels. And the dragon lost the battle, and he and his angels were forced out of heaven. This great dragon—the ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, the one deceiving the whole world—was thrown down to the earth with all his angels,” (Revelation 12:7-9), and “And I remind you of the angels who did not stay within the limits of authority God gave them but left the place where they belonged. God has kept them securely chained in prisons of darkness, waiting for the great day of judgment,” (Jude 1:6). These devils arn’t friendly or kind, they are worse than Nazis, even possessed Nazis at one point and you are in their spiritual concentration camps  when you entertain hanging out with them in your rebellion.

You may say, I’m not for demons. Really? When you question God’s goodness, and claim that He disappoints you, you are in vein of Satan who decided he’s be god, “For you said to yourself I will ascend to heaven and set my throne above God’s stars. I will preside on the mountain of the gods far away in the north. I will climb to the highest heavens and be like the Most High.’ Instead, you will be brought down to the place of the dead, down to its lowest depths” (Isaiah 14:13-15). When we question God and decide we know better or will seek our answers afar from Him out of anger at Him, you are like Satan saying you want to be God.

The path to the demons is explicitly foretold by the apostle, “Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons.” (1 Timothy 4:1). The teachings of demons are all around us, they are woven into stories saying “the good guys you always rooted for are really bad, that Good God you trust in maybe is not so good, and the church is corrupt.” It is message to send you into hands of devils and it is working, as Tarot is practiced more, even getting a movie now. People are connecting into witchcraft in droves, in fact Scripture tells us many can join in witchcraft in this way, “For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, And stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry,” (1 Samuel 15/23). Because rebellion is the spirit of these devils who rebelled against God and waged war in heaven (Revelation 12:7-12), they are the originators of rebellion, so to be in rebellion is to follow them and be in their spirit; Satan in his rebellion fell from his high place (Ezekiel 28:11-19). So we when give into rebellious feelings, we are doing witchcraft, just as envy is demonic, “For jealousy and selfishness are not God’s kind of wisdom. Such things are earthly, unspiritual, and demonic. For wherever there is jealousy and selfish ambition, there you will find disorder and evil of every kind” (James 3:15-16). These are doors to becoming like the demons and communing with these evil spirits. We like to think the path to hell is paved with rituals, like “I’d never do a spell,” but your rebellion & envy & selfish ambition is a spell, it is door to the dark realm with those nasty spirits who seek to defile and destroy you. Make no mistake, our enemy delights in seeing God’s image (Genesis 1:27) fornicating, abusing, and doing all manner of wickedness; its like a movie or show for the devil to watch God be a sinner through your wicked actions! Have you ever considered that? We are not only entertaining angels unawares, “Don’t forget to show hospitality to strangers, for some who have done this have entertained angels without realizing it!” (Hebrews 13:12), but the dark angels with our rebellion, sin, and wicked deeds.

You who seek comfort and in your hurt turn from Christ because he didn’t fulfill your need the way you wanted, and turn to shadows are like someone who burns their hand on a stove and then jumps in volcano. You think you’ll find comfort  with the enemies of God? Beings who’s malice, malcontent, and invidious ideas seek to fragment you, oppress you, and ultimately imprison and destroy with the devil in the lake of fire, “And anyone whose name was not found recorded in the Book of Life was thrown into the lake of fire.” (Revelation 20:15).

You may think as a Christian you are nor vulnerable, but rebellion is easy to entertain, it is rephrased as “I will,” or “my will” and I shall defy God because I know better or want it despite His commandments. In no time you will make yourself little lucifers, and perhaps outstrip the devil because you have a sinful nature that obeys nothing, the devil at least respects hierarchy, he had

to have God’s permission to test Job (Job 1:6-12) and to sift Peter, “Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift all of you as wheat, but I have prayed for you (interceded)”  (Luke 22:31-32): in contrast we in our sinful flesh are capable of feats the demons are in awe of; we can act as spiritual anarchists that even the devils will not do. So take heed, the capacity to be more chaotic and evil is in you!

When you are born again in Jesus, you signed up to stop entertaining demons, and instead to caste them out, “These miraculous signs will accompany those who believe: They will cast out demons in my name, and they will speak in new languages (tongues)” (Mark 16:17). Start with yourself, remove rebellion & selfish ambition where it lies in your heart, and actions towards God and His Kingdom. Ask The Lord Jesus to to help you, for only if we submit to God can we resist the devil, “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” (James 4:7). You have to stop opening the door to the demonic, which isn’t just burning spell books (Acts 19:19), it is taking the spell of rebellion in your life out and removing envy which is demonic (James 3:14-15). You have to change or you will be the peon in demonic games, rather than kings and priests of God!, “are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light,” (1 Peter 2:9) and “Jesus, the Christ, who is the faithful witness and the first begotten of the dead and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us and washed us from our sins with his own blood and has made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever.” (Revelation 1:5-6). Amen.

Israel’s Conquest of Canaan: The Nephilim and Giants

Christianity Today asserts that the conquest of Canaan can be a “stumbling block” for believers. This probably is because of a foolish idea of comparing it to a modern conquest happening in our world. The truth is that God had Israel conquer Canaan because it was ruled by evil giants, “We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak come from the Nephilim). We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them.” (Numbers 13:33). These are Anakim or Nephilim, the children of angels and human women, “When man began to multiply on the face of the land and daughters were born to them, the sons of God (angels) saw that the daughters of man were attractive. And they took as their wives any they chose. Then the LORD said, “My Spirit shall not abide in man forever, for he is flesh: his days shall be 120 years.” The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of man and they bore children to them. The...

Dispensationalism

John Nelson Darby (1800-1882) was a man who did two things, he took 70th week of the Book of Daniel and stretched out to the End Times, and he was the father of  Dispensationalism , a belief system that God dispenses different peoples with separate blessings and covenants. According to Darb'ys doctrine of Dispensationalism, God dispenses different covenants. There are total of seven dispensations that divide the history of man: I. Dispensation of Innocence (prior to the Fall, "Do not east of the Fruit of Good and Eve, Eden), II. Dispensation of Conscience ( You must assuage guilt and sin with blood sacrifices.) III. Dispensation of Human Government (Multiply and Subdue the world, example the Tower of Babel Gen 11:1-9, and Genesis 1:28). IV. Dispensation of the Promise (Dwell in Canaan, Jerusalem) V. Dispensation of the Law ("Obey the Law of Moses and the Prophets"). VI. Dispensation of Grace (The Church, Jesus Christ has come...

Jesus’ Name in Aramaic

There has been a trend to render Jesus’ name Hebrew, יֵשׁוּעַ , Yeshua. The problem is neither Christ nor his apostles, nor the Jews in 30-33 A.D. spoke Hebrew, they spoke Aramaic. A ramaic is the oldest language on earth and was the language Jesus spoke. In fact, the oldest Old Testament is the Septuagint a Greco translation around 132 B.C.E. (165 Years Before Christ)that was translated from Aramaic. The Masoretic Text, The Hebrew Old Testament most Bibles use, dates from 7th to 10th Century A.D. (Medieval Times).  This translation does not cross reference with the words of Christ in the New Testament which are Aramaic and Koine Greek.  If the Aramaic was what Jesus spoke, then by what name would have been called? Jesus’ name in Aramaic is Isho or Eesho, spelled ܝܫܘܥ . That is the name of our Lord in Aramaic! He would have heard his name in this dialect, “Hail Isho or Eesho!” as well as the Greek, Ἰ ησο ῦ ς , Iesous.  Aramaic is disappearing, only a few peop...
