Pope: Married Priests? Nope

The Amazon (South America) has been a stronghold for Roman Catholicism for centuries. The Counter-Reformation and the army of the Pope known as the Jesuites went to South America, Portugal, China, and remotes parts of the earth when The Reformation was taking root in Europe, specifically Germany, England, Sweden, and Switzerland. Since the 17th century, The Amazon has been 90% Catholic, but that number has fallen to 64% due to Evangelical missionaries in 21 Century. This dramatic change hinges on several factors, but the one of great importance is the Evangelical pastors stay and and live with among the locals. In contrast, the Catholic Church has no indigenous priesthood and no neo-Jesuites who will stay and live in the Amazon to adminster Sacraments.

To resolve this lack of minsters, the Amazonian Catholic Faithful appealed to the Pope and Curia to make a special dispensation for local married Amazonian men to become ordained priests. The idea is that since no celibate priests will live in the Amazon, married local men would be priests and retain the sacrament of matrimony. The Pope and the Synod considered this special dispensation, and have chosen to deny the Amazonians a married priesthood. This reinforces the insanity and paradox of Roman Catholicism; a Catholic needs the sacraments to enter heaven such as the Eucharist and Baptism which can only be preformed by Catholic Priest, but the Church will not send a priest to administer these sacraments permanently, ergo the Amazonian Catholics live in fear of damnation and purgatory because of their Mortal Sins.  If your doctrines cannot hold up in poverty, and your dogmas deconstruct in poorer regions, then its not the Truth. As my momma said, if what you preach doesn’t hold up in poorest places like Ethiopia, then its not the gospel. The true Gospel as laid out in the New Testament holds up in poverty and among the wealthy.

The Truth is  there is no need for seminary certified ordained priests or perpetual sacraments. On the contrary you simply need to have faith in The Lord Jesus Christ (Philippians 3:9, Romans 10:9-10, John 3:26-18) and then you become priests, “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.,” (1 Peter 2:9) and “from Jesus, the Christ, who is the faithful witness and the first begotten of the dead and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us and washed us from our sins with his own blood and has made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.” (Revelation 1:5-6, Jubilee 2000 Bible). Anyone (married or unmarried) who follows Biblical Christianity can be a priest the moment they make Jesus their Lord God and Savior! This is why Evangelicalism, which affirms these beliefs is making gains in the Amazon. The Romanite Church has effectively handed the Amazon to us Protestants who not only will live among the indigenous populace but can and will make married priests and disciples quickly via preaching the Gospel.  The Pope and his Curia have reversed the Roman Church’s advances in 17th century by clinging to their doctrine of a chaste priesthood that was only invented in “The Investiture Controversy” when popes and priests’ children started inheriting church lands and became corrupt. Scripture speaks against banning marriage, “Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons,  through the insincerity of liars whose consciences are seared,  who forbid marriage and require abstinence from foods that God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth.  For everything created by God is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving,  for it is made holy by the word of God and prayer,” (1 Timothy 4:1-5) and only affirms chastity as a personal individual calling from God, “Not everyone can accept this word,” He replied, “but only those to whom it has been given [my paraphrase: called to be]. For there are eunuchs who were born that way; others were made that way by men; and still others live like eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. The one who can accept this should accept it.” (Matthew 19:11-12). The apostles unlike Roman Catholic propaganda, were all married men!, “Don’t we have the right to bring a believing wife with us as the other apostles and the Lord’s brothers do, and as Peter does?” (1 Corinthians 9:5). Chastity is a calling, not to be imposed, but given by God to certain people who can bear it and accept it.

The Roman Catholic Church’s toxic teachings and doctrines that contradict the Divinely Inspired Scriptures (2 Peter 1:21-22, 2 Timothy 3:26) are now consuming the Papal Church from within; like a serpent eating its tail tell it consumes itself. The sexual scandals and the refusal to reform things like married priests proves that the Roman Church’s influence will erode further and further. This is a time to rejoice, that a false church lead by false apostles  (2 Corinthians 11:2-14) is crumbling. That the Amazon shall embrace the true Gospel of salvation by grace thru faith in Christ alone! That all who call on the name of the Lord God Jesus Christ and believe in Him become priests of God!  Amen.

Israel’s Conquest of Canaan: The Nephilim and Giants

Christianity Today asserts that the conquest of Canaan can be a “stumbling block” for believers. This probably is because of a foolish idea of comparing it to a modern conquest happening in our world. The truth is that God had Israel conquer Canaan because it was ruled by evil giants, “We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak come from the Nephilim). We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them.” (Numbers 13:33). These are Anakim or Nephilim, the children of angels and human women, “When man began to multiply on the face of the land and daughters were born to them, the sons of God (angels) saw that the daughters of man were attractive. And they took as their wives any they chose. Then the LORD said, “My Spirit shall not abide in man forever, for he is flesh: his days shall be 120 years.” The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of man and they bore children to them. The...

Dispensationalism

John Nelson Darby (1800-1882) was a man who did two things, he took 70th week of the Book of Daniel and stretched out to the End Times, and he was the father of  Dispensationalism , a belief system that God dispenses different peoples with separate blessings and covenants. According to Darb'ys doctrine of Dispensationalism, God dispenses different covenants. There are total of seven dispensations that divide the history of man: I. Dispensation of Innocence (prior to the Fall, "Do not east of the Fruit of Good and Eve, Eden), II. Dispensation of Conscience ( You must assuage guilt and sin with blood sacrifices.) III. Dispensation of Human Government (Multiply and Subdue the world, example the Tower of Babel Gen 11:1-9, and Genesis 1:28). IV. Dispensation of the Promise (Dwell in Canaan, Jerusalem) V. Dispensation of the Law ("Obey the Law of Moses and the Prophets"). VI. Dispensation of Grace (The Church, Jesus Christ has come...

Jesus’ Name in Aramaic

There has been a trend to render Jesus’ name Hebrew, יֵשׁוּעַ , Yeshua. The problem is neither Christ nor his apostles, nor the Jews in 30-33 A.D. spoke Hebrew, they spoke Aramaic. A ramaic is the oldest language on earth and was the language Jesus spoke. In fact, the oldest Old Testament is the Septuagint a Greco translation around 132 B.C.E. (165 Years Before Christ)that was translated from Aramaic. The Masoretic Text, The Hebrew Old Testament most Bibles use, dates from 7th to 10th Century A.D. (Medieval Times).  This translation does not cross reference with the words of Christ in the New Testament which are Aramaic and Koine Greek.  If the Aramaic was what Jesus spoke, then by what name would have been called? Jesus’ name in Aramaic is Isho or Eesho, spelled ܝܫܘܥ . That is the name of our Lord in Aramaic! He would have heard his name in this dialect, “Hail Isho or Eesho!” as well as the Greek, Ἰ ησο ῦ ς , Iesous.  Aramaic is disappearing, only a few peop...
