Keeping Your Eyes Fixed on Jesus

We are living a very dark world. Droves of people are falling into demonic deceptions and abandoning their discipleship. The great falling away from the faith is here, "Then they will hand you over to be persecuted and killed, and you will be hated by all nations on account of My name. At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold. but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come." (Matthew 24:9-14). Many are content to walk in shadows and still call on the Savior. From media to meetings, there is a shadow reaching across the earth. A surge of mysticism, New Age, black magic, Kabala, Egyptian witchcraft, and Eastern religions are sweeping the nations, and deceiving people into Nicolaitanism. There is a grief in many saintly souls, that the world is fastly becoming an enemy of the Word, but if they had done their homework they would have remembered, "If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first," (John 15:18), "You will be hated by everyone on account of My name, but the one who perseveres to the end will be saved," (Matthew 10:22), "Then they will hand you over to be persecuted and killed, and you will be hated by all nations on account of My name," (Matthew 24:9), "If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you," (John 15:19), "There be false christs and false prophets who preform signs and wonders to deceive if possible the Elect," (Matthew 24:24), "And if those days had not been cut short, no human being would be saved. But for the sake of the elect those days will be cut short. 23 Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. For false christs and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you beforehand. So, if they say to you, ‘Look, he is in the wilderness,’ do not go out. If they say, ‘Look, he is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as the lightning comes from the east and shines as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. Wherever the corpse is, there the vultures will gather.Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then will appear in heaven the sign of the Son of Man, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he will send out his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other," (Matthew 24:22-31): "Look! He comes with the clouds of heaven. And everyone will see him--even those who pierced him. And all the nations of the world will mourn for him. Yes! Amen!," (Revelation 1:7), "Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God (John 3:16-18). This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you heard was coming and now is in the world already," (1 John 4:1-3), "This I have told you so that you will not fall away: have told you these things so that you won't abandon your faith, They will put you out of the synagogue; in fact, the time is coming when anyone who kills you will think they are offering a service to God. They will do such things because they have not known the Father or me. I have told you this, so that when their time comes you will remember that I warned you about them. I did not tell you this from the beginning because I was with you,  but now I am going to him who sent me. None of you asks me, 'Where are you going?' Rather, you are filled with grief because I have said these things. But very truly I tell you, it is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate (Holy Spirit) will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you. 8And when He comes, He will convict the world in regard to sin and righteousness and judgment, 9in regard to sin, because they do not believe in Me; about righteousness, because I am going to the Father, where you can see me no longer [commentary: Jesus meant until my resurrection John 20, and Second coming, Revelation 1:7]; 11and in regard to judgment, because the prince of this world already stands condemned, There is so much more I want to tell you, but you can’t bear it now. When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own but will tell you what he has heard. He will tell you about the future. He will bring me glory by telling you whatever he receives from me. All that belongs to the Father is mine; this is why I said, ‘The Spirit will tell you whatever he receives from me.’ “In a little while you won’t see me anymore. But a little while after that, you will see me again.”  Some of the disciples asked each other, “What does he mean when he says, ‘In a little while you won’t see me, but then you will see me,’ and ‘I am going to the Father’? And what does he mean by ‘a little while’? We don’t understand.”Jesus realized they wanted to ask him about it, so he said, “Are you asking yourselves what I meant? I said in a little while you won’t see me, but a little while after that you will see me again.  I tell you the truth, you will weep and mourn over what is going to happen to me, but the world will rejoice. You will grieve, but your grief will suddenly turn to wonderful joy.  It will be like a woman suffering the pains of labor. When her child is born, her anguish gives way to joy because she has brought a new baby into the world. So you have sorrow now, but I will see you again; then you will rejoice, and no one can rob you of that joy.  At that time you won’t need to ask me for anything. I tell you the truth, you will ask the Father directly, and he will grant your request because you use my name.  You haven’t done this before. Ask, using my name, and you will receive, and you will have abundant joy." (John 16:1-24)

In this world there will be darkness, but cheer up, it has been overcome by Christ, "I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.." (John 16:33). In times like these we need to remind ourselves of what our Lord and God is, and that He who formed all things (John 1:3), has the power over everything even death and hades (Revelation 1:18). The threatening darkness that is moving across the earth is merely what was foretold by the Apostles by the Spirit of God. For the Apostles said, "But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy (considering nothing sacred, like marriage?), heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good,  treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people. For among them are those who creep into households and capture weak women, burdened with sins and led astray by various passions, always learning and never able to arrive at a knowledge of the truth. Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so these men also oppose the truth, men corrupted in mind and disqualified regarding the faith. But they will not get very far, for their folly will be plain to all, as was that of those two men. You, however, have followed my teaching, my conduct, my aim in life, my faith, my patience, my love, my steadfastness, my persecutions and sufferings that happened to me at Antioch, at Iconium, and at Lystra—which persecutions I endured; yet from them all the Lord rescued me. Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, while evil people and impostors will go on from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived. But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have firmly believed, knowing from whom you learned it and how from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture [referring to Scriptures of Old and New Testaments, Holy Bible] is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work," (2 Timothy 3:1-17), "Now the Holy Spirit tells us clearly that in the last times some will turn away from the true faith; they will follow deceptive spirits and teachings that come from demons. Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron," (1 Timothy 4:1-2), "For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will reject the truth and chase after myths. But you should keep a clear mind in every situation. Don't be afraid of suffering for the Lord. Work at telling others the Good News as an evangelist, and fully carry out the ministry God has given you," (2 Timothy 4:3-5). We are seeing these verses come to fulfillment now, as the hearts of many are turned to myths and demons, instead of Immortal and True God (Romans 1:23). This has happened before in history, but I urge that it is possible that all the mystical and Satanic resurgence of today could be to prepare the way for Man of Lawlessness, the Antichrist (Revelation 13 whole chapter, 2 Thessalonians 2:1-11). For the false prophet that attends to the Antichrist will do signs and wonders, false miracles and mysticisms to deceive if possible the Elect (Matthew 24:24). I urge even now the false prophet's spirit and the spirit of the antichrist (1 John 4:3) is moving across the earth, stoking up mysticisms and rebellion against the Holy Trinity.

By the time that our Lord and God Jesus Christ returns on the clouds, I believe very few will stand firm in the faith, "I tell you, he will grant justice to them quickly! But when the Son of Man returns, how many will he find on the earth who have faith?"" (Luke 18:8). As in case of Elijah's Days, when prophets of Baal and Jezebel had spread Baali worship all over Israel, only 7,000 and Elijah had not bowed the knee to Baal (1 Kings 19:18). In Babylon, only Meshach, Shadrach, Abednego,  and Daniel did not bow the knee to the golden image of Nebuchadnezzar nor did Daniel bow to King Darius worship (Daniel 3:1-30, Daniel 6:1-28). In the time of Jeremiah, very few, Baruch being among them, repented of idolatry and turned to LORD, while the rest of Judah was conquered and carried off (Jeremiah 39, Jeremiah 40:1-5). It helps to understand that the Day of LORD is always judgement, and was what these prophets called the judgement. Jesus Christ, the same LORD Jeremiah, Daniel, and Elijah served (Elijah even met with Jesus, see MMatthew 17:3), is coming to bring judgement to nations (Revelation 19:11-21), and to rescue us faithful ones up into the clouds with Him (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17). There is always a remnant when Day of God's Judgement Comes; a small band of Christ followers who refuse to bow to other idols. We are told when Beast Regime comes, that the Antichrist and Satan will require people to bow to his stature, interesting, the same thing happened to Daniel's friends (see), because Satan always wants worship, "" (Matthew 4:9-10). In that day of Antichrist's empire, we shall have to be steadfast in Christ, "And the beast was given a mouth uttering haughty and blasphemous words, and it was allowed to exercise authority for forty-two months. It opened its mouth to utter blasphemies against God, blaspheming his name and his dwelling, that is, those who dwell in heaven. Also it was allowed to make war on the saints and to conquer them. And authority was given it over every tribe and people and language and nation, and all who dwell on earth will worship it, everyone whose name has not been written before the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who was slain. If anyone has an ear, let him hear:Here is a call for the endurance and faith of the saints," (Revelation 13:5-9,11), "This means that God's holy people must endure persecution patiently, obeying his commands and maintaining their faith in Jesus," (Revelation 14:12). I believe that a wave of persecution is coming that the West has not ever fully experienced. It will determine who are genuine followers of Christ and those who paid lip service (Matthew 24:10-13).

Babylon is rising to power again, and the idols are seeking to ensnare everyone through their paganisms of Yoga, New Age practices, and beyond. We are in Babylon brothers and sisters in Christ. And to survive this captivity we must fix our eyes on Christ, "fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God," (Hebrews 12:2), count all things lost but knowing Him, "Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ," (Philippians 3;8), and even risk our very lives, "And they have defeated him by the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony. And they did not love their lives so much that they were afraid to die." (Revelation 12:11). There is no room for compromised lukewarm Christianity, we must all be as the Apostles and Early Church of Acts to the Persecuted Church of 100-333 A.D. ready to die for the faith, risk the Lion's Den as Daniel did (Daniel 6:1-28), and say as the Apostle Paul did, "I have fought the good fight, I have run the race, and I have  kept the faith," (2 Timothy 4:7) something he said prior to his execution for being a Christian. We need to seek strength from Jesus Christ, and be inspired by those forerunners, those fathers and mothers in faith who laid their lives down and were devour by lions to keep their faith in the LORD Jesus. Now an endurance is needed unlike since the Great Persecution of Church in circa 100-327 A.D. We must laid aside our lives, "If you try to hang on to your life, you will lose it. But if you give up your life for my sake, you will save it." (Matthew 16:25). Before us it great tribulation, and only after it will our LORD return (Matthew 24:29-31) and angels gather us. We must be prepared to stand firm (Matthew 24:13) until His Coming on the clouds! Our eyes, hearts, minds, and spirit must be fixed on Christ Jesus, He must be itched on every fiber of our being, "He answered, "'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind.. [Jesus is Lord, Romans 10:9]'" (Luke 10:27), and "Worship the Lord God and serve only Him," (Matthew 4:9-`0), and "I count all things lost but knowing Christ Jesus, I discard all things, and count them as garbe that I may gain Christ," (Philippians 3:8), and "As for me, may I never boast about anything except the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ. Because of that cross, my interest in this world has been crucified, and the world's interest in me has also died." (Galatians 6:14).

Our comfort, our consolation, and compassion is that Jesus Christ lives in us (Colossians 1:27), we are His Temples (1 Corinthians 3:16), and we live in God the Trinity (1 John 4:15), and He promises comfort after suffering (1 Corinthians 2:1-2), and we shall have eternal city of light, gold, and precious gems to dwell with Him in (Revelation 21:1-53). While this darkness spreads across the earth, we keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, our blessed hope and Redeemer. We cannot count on mere mortals, men of this world, but we can count on Son of God who is both God and Man (Colossians 2:9, John 1:1-14, 1 John 4:1-3). We the Remnant of God are pressed in each and every age, as the devil tries to set up his evil kingdom (Revelation 13), not knowing when his time has come; hence why there was Babylon, The Nazi Third Reich, and etc. I believe that the conditions for the Beast are ripe, mass telecommunications, an ability to control all trade, food, and goods with a global economy (mark of beast, see), and the ability to create massive armies with clones, machines, cyborgs, and beyond is now possible which never was before. But rather than fix our eyes on coming evil, and its precursors, let us fix our eyes on Jesus Christ, who promises us that the darkness will be for a moment, and then He shall come and destroy it with fire (2 Peter 3, Revelation 19:11-20, Revelation 20:9-10, and Revelation 21:1-2). The enemy will be thrown down into lake of fire to be tormented forever and ever! But before that the devil will press the world to make a choice, will you serve Kingdom of Heaven and the God Trinity who is love (1 John 4:18) and died for the sins of mankind and gives man eternal life through believing and confessing and knowing the Son Jesus Christ (John 6:40, John 3:16-18, John 17:3), or will world choose the kingdom of darkness and the Beast and so be condemned in the end to the lake of fire and eternal torment (Revelation 20:15). That is why this darkness is allowed, to give the nations and every person the choice between the LORD of life, love, and truth, and all, or the lord of flies, the father of lies, and murderer and rebel known as serpent of old, the dragon, the devil, even Satan. You cannot waver between two opinions (1 Kings 18:21, Matthew :24), you must decide.

As for me, I choose Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of Heaven.

Choose Jesus Christ, the One True God who made you and all things (John 1:3) and who died for your sins on the cross and rose from dead (Romans 4:25, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, John Chapter 19, John Chapter 20). Repent of your sins, confess them in this way "I repent of all my sins," and confess Jesus as LORD,

"I confess you Jesus Christ as Lord God and believe in my heart that you came in a body, died for my sins on cross, and rose from dead by power of God, and I ask you into my heart, be Lord of my life, and I will serve you, follow you, and know you all the days of my life. I believe you Jesus are the Son of God, One with Father God and Holy Spirit God, Blessed Trinity. I believe Jesus who is God and Son of God came into world as a baby, grew up into a man and preached the Kingdom and salvation through believing in Him, died for my sins on the cross, rose from dead (resurrected), spent forty days on earth post resurrection, ascended into heaven at right hand of Father, and are going to return on clouds to judge the living and dead. Amen" (Romans 10:9-10, John 6:40, John 3:16, Colossians 2:9, Colossians 1:19, Titus 2:13, John 17:3, John 17:19-21, John 1:1-14, Luke 1, Matthew 1, Revelation 1:7, Revelation 19:1-20, and more).

Having prayed this you shall have the One True God living inside you (1 Corinthians 3:16, 1 John 4:15), you will be able to know the Lord in personal relationship (John 17:3, 19-23), you will have eternal life (John 3:16, John 6:40), and live in a New Jerusalem, a massive City of light, gold, precious gems, and endless mansions (Revelation 21:1-53, John 14:2-3), but better than that you will be close and spend time in flesh with the One True God Father, Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit who is love (1 John 4:18) and who will accept, know you, and understand you fully because He made you (John 1:3, Colossians 1:16, Genesis 1:27).

Israel’s Conquest of Canaan: The Nephilim and Giants

Christianity Today asserts that the conquest of Canaan can be a “stumbling block” for believers. This probably is because of a foolish idea of comparing it to a modern conquest happening in our world. The truth is that God had Israel conquer Canaan because it was ruled by evil giants, “We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak come from the Nephilim). We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them.” (Numbers 13:33). These are Anakim or Nephilim, the children of angels and human women, “When man began to multiply on the face of the land and daughters were born to them, the sons of God (angels) saw that the daughters of man were attractive. And they took as their wives any they chose. Then the LORD said, “My Spirit shall not abide in man forever, for he is flesh: his days shall be 120 years.” The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of man and they bore children to them. These w

Dispensationalism

John Nelson Darby (1800-1882) was a man who did two things, he took 70th week of the Book of Daniel and stretched out to the End Times, and he was the father of  Dispensationalism , a belief system that God dispenses different peoples with separate blessings and covenants. According to Darb'ys doctrine of Dispensationalism, God dispenses different covenants. There are total of seven dispensations that divide the history of man: I. Dispensation of Innocence (prior to the Fall, "Do not east of the Fruit of Good and Eve, Eden), II. Dispensation of Conscience ( You must assuage guilt and sin with blood sacrifices.) III. Dispensation of Human Government (Multiply and Subdue the world, example the Tower of Babel Gen 11:1-9, and Genesis 1:28). IV. Dispensation of the Promise (Dwell in Canaan, Jerusalem) V. Dispensation of the Law ("Obey the Law of Moses and the Prophets"). VI. Dispensation of Grace (The Church, Jesus Christ has come and died for our sins an

Jesus’ Name in Aramaic

There has been a trend to render Jesus’ name Hebrew, יֵשׁוּעַ , Yeshua. The problem is neither Christ nor his apostles, nor the Jews in 30-33 A.D. spoke Hebrew, they spoke Aramaic. A ramaic is the oldest language on earth and was the language Jesus spoke. In fact, the oldest Old Testament is the Septuagint a Greco translation around 132 B.C.E. (165 Years Before Christ)that was translated from Aramaic. The Masoretic Text, The Hebrew Old Testament most Bibles use, dates from 7th to 10th Century A.D. (Medieval Times).  This translation does not cross reference with the words of Christ in the New Testament which are Aramaic and Koine Greek.  If the Aramaic was what Jesus spoke, then by what name would have been called? Jesus’ name in Aramaic is Isho or Eesho, spelled ܝܫܘܥ . That is the name of our Lord in Aramaic! He would have heard his name in this dialect, “Hail Isho or Eesho!” as well as the Greek, Ἰ ησο ῦ ς , Iesous.  Aramaic is disappearing, only a few people are endeavo
