Native Americans, who once were called Indians, thanks to Christopher Columbus mistakenly thinking he had landed in India, have undergone many devastations according to teachers at Universities like Berkeley and bio-pics by History Channel. The consensus by academics is that Native Americans have had their land raped and colonized (colonialism), and that they are oppressed by the current American system. I however, have done some investigation into this and even spent time recently in Indian Reservations of Navajo, Hopi, and Cherokee. I discovered that there were five tribes who immediately embraced Christianity, and Westernize of their own free will, these are called "Five Civilized Tribes" which comprise of Cherokee, Choctaw, Muscogee (Greek), Chicksaw, and Seminole. These tribes were called civilized by the immigrating Westerners, because they embraced Christ as their Savior, adopted western innovations in technology, and advancements. In my own personal experience on Reservations I saw entrepreneurship, tourism, casinos, small enterprise, and above all Churches. In fact, I was astounded at how many churches I saw, ranging from Baptist to Neo-Charismatic. I had expected to find pagan practices and pagan places of worship (there are remnants), but churches were predominate, and the local Natives knew the Bible.
Christianity has flourished in the Native American Reservations. It is the largest religion, with tribal beliefs being second. I was thrilled to know there are Native American brothers and sisters in Christ! That we weither white, black, or Indian can be One people in Christ, "There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus." (Galatians 3:29). And in case anyone shouts "Jesus is White Man's God," Jesus is actually Middle Eastern, He was a Hebrew (Matthew 1:1-4) not an American or Englander, and He is related to Abraham [His linage, Jesus always was and made Abraham] who came from Ur, which is modern day Iraq. Jesus Christ made everyone, Native America, and Colonial American (John 1:3). He loves us all equally, and He died for your sins (wicked deeds, bad behavior, and evil nature), "But God proves His love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 4:25). Jesus is not the God of White Man, He is the God of All People, because He created all humans in His image (Genesi 1:27, Colossians 1:16) and He desires all of us to be One people in Him, "I am praying not only for these disciples but also for all who will ever believe in me through their message. I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one—as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me. “I have given them the glory you gave me, so they may be one as we are one. I am in them and you are in me. May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me." (John 17:20-23). Christ cares about every living person and soul, He is not partial to one race over the other, but instead He transcends them and as the Apostle Paul said, "Is God the God of Jews only? Is He not the God of Gentiles too? Yes, of Gentiles too," (Romans 3:29).
Even sex, wither you are male or female, does not matter to Christ, because you are special in His eyes, when you believe in Jesus Christ as God, Son of God and Savior, you become sons and daughers of God, "For you are all children of God through faith in Christ Jesus," (Galatians 3:26), "Now if we are children, then we are heirs--heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory," (Romans 8:17), and better than this when you believe in Jesus Christ the God who is One with Father and Holy Spirit (One God, Three Persons) He comes and lives in you! Yes, Jesus and the Father and Holy Spirit come to live in you when you believee "To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory," (Colossians 1:27), "Don't you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you?," (1 Corinthians 3:16), "For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, God's building," (1 Corinthians 3:9), "If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him; for God's temple is holy, and you are that temple," (1 Corinthians 3:17), "Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;" (1 Corinthians 6:19), "And in Him you too are being built together into a dwelling place for God in His Spirit," (Ephesians 2:22), "so that, if I am delayed, you will know how each one must conduct himself in God's household, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth," (1 Timothy 3:15), "But Christ is faithful as the Son over God's house. And we are His house, if we hold firmly to our confidence and the hope of which we boast," (Hebrews 3:6), "The one who keeps God's commands lives in him, and he in them. And this is how we know that he lives in us: We know it by the Spirit he gave us," (1 John 3:24), "This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit," (1 John 4:13), "You, little children, are from God and have overcome them, because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world," (1 John 4:4), and, "I have written to you, fathers, because you know Him who is from the beginning. I have written to you, young men, because you are strong, and the word of God abides in you, and you have overcome the evil one," (1 John 2:14). The One True God is not an indifferent spirit, a wolf, or force of nature (mother earth), but is Personal God who can know you and you can know, who lives in you when you believe in Him, gives you eternal life (John 6:40), and who talks to you, loves you, and spends time with you. He created you because He wants you to be His family, all people are God the Trinity's Children, and He wants to know you.
Those who have already become Christians who are Native American. I speak to you much in same manner as the Apostle Paul did to the Greek, Italian (Roman), Arabian, and Jewish Christians. When you confessed Jesus as Lord and believe in Him in your heart (soul, mind) you became a Christ Follower or Christian, a Citizen of Heaven (Phillippians 3:20), and Child of God (Galatians 3:26). You aren't required as Christian to destroy your culture, language, skin color, and traditions; except for those that contradict Christ, His gospel, and the Holy Bible. This is where I want to offer advise to Native American Brothers and Sisters in Christ, and to those becoming enamored in Native American Pagan traditions. We are told as Christians to not entertain idols, nor to be involved in witchcraft, and pagan practices, "What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: "I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people," (2 Corinthians 6:16), "But cowards, unbelievers, the corrupt, murderers, the immoral, those who practice witchcraft, idol worshipers, and all liars--their fate is in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death," (Revelation 21:8), "Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God," (Galatians 5:19-21), "And a number of those who had practiced magic arts brought their books together and burned them in the sight of all. And they counted the value of them and found it came to fifty thousand pieces of silver," (Acts 19:19), "The coming of the lawless one is by the activity of Satan with all power and false signs and wonders," (2 Thessalonians 2:9), "Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them," (Ephesians 5:11), "Do not turn to mediums or necromancers; do not seek them out, and so make yourselves unclean by them: I am the Lord your God," (Leviticus 19:31), and "When you come into the land that the Lord your God is giving you, you shall not learn to follow the abominable practices of those nations. There shall not be found among you anyone who burns his son or his daughter as an offering, anyone who practices divination or tells fortunes or interprets omens, or a sorcerer or a charmer or a medium or a necromancer or one who inquires of the dead, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord. And because of these abominations the Lord your God is driving them out before you," (Deuteromony 18:9-12).
We are New Creation when we trust/believe in Jesus Christ as God and Savior. That means we may keep traditions that do not contradict the Christian faith, as it is written, "We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ," (2 Corinthians 10:5), "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus," (Philippians 4:7), and, "Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ." (Philippians 3:8). You are not being asked by Christ do anything that His Disciples did not do, the Apostle Paul himself gave up his Pharisee and Jewish strictures and traditions of the Law, even saying "I was circumcised when I was eight days old. I am a pure-blooded citizen of Israel and a member of the tribe of Benjamin—a real Hebrew if there ever was one! I was a member of the Pharisees, who demand the strictest obedience to the Jewish law. 6 I was so zealous that I harshly persecuted the church. And as for righteousness, I obeyed the law without fault. I once thought these things were valuable, but now I consider them worthless because of what Christ has done. 8 Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ 9 and become one with him. I no longer count on my own righteousness through obeying the law; rather, I become righteous through faith in Christ. For God’s way of making us right with himself depends on faith. 10 I want to know Christ and experience the mighty power that raised him from the dead. I want to suffer with him, sharing in his death, 11 so that one way or another I will experience the resurrection from the dead!" (Philippines 3:5-11), and the Apostle Peter, who walked with Jesus in body said this about the old ways of his culture, "Peter stood and addressed them as follows: “Brothers, you all know that God chose me from among you some time ago to preach to the Gentiles so that they could hear the Good News and believe. 8 God knows people’s hearts, and he confirmed that he accepts Gentiles by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as he did to us. 9 He made no distinction between us and them, for he cleansed their hearts through faith. 10 So why are you now challenging God by burdening the Gentile believers[b] with a yoke that neither we nor our ancestors were able to bear? 11 We believe that we are all saved the same way, by the undeserved grace of the Lord Jesus." (Acts 15:6-11). Jesus Christ is not asking you to do anything He did not do, in fact Jesus gave up more to save you, First He gave up his privilveges and powers, "Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. 4 Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too.
You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had.
6 Though he was God,
he did not think of equality with God
as something to cling to.
7 Instead, he gave up his divine privileges;
he took the humble position of a slave
and was born as a human being.
When he appeared in human form,
8 he humbled himself in obedience to God
and died a criminal’s death on a cross.
he did not think of equality with God
as something to cling to.
7 Instead, he gave up his divine privileges;
he took the humble position of a slave
and was born as a human being.
When he appeared in human form,
8 he humbled himself in obedience to God
and died a criminal’s death on a cross.
9 Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor
and gave him the name above all other names,
10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
11 and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." (Philippians 2:3-11), and only did what His Father approved, "Jesus gave them this answer: "Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does," (John 5:19), "For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but to do the will of Him who sent Me, For it is my Father's will that all who see his Son and believe in him should have eternal life. I will raise them up at the last day," (John 6:38,40), "So Jesus said, "When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and that I do nothing on My own, but speak exactly what the Father has taught Me," (John 8:28), "And I know that His command leads to eternal life. So I speak exactly what the Father has told Me to say," (John 12:50), and "Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me? The words I say to you, I do not speak on My own. Instead, it is the Father dwelling in Me, carrying out His work." (John 14:10). Thus when you are asked to obey Jesus and give up evil traditions and cultural customs, you are not being asked by a God who hasn't had to give up even good things, like His own privileges! Jesus even had to learn obedience, and obey the Father of the Godhead (Trinity). When we as Christians endeavor to be obedient, we are not alone, God himself had to be obedient. Jesus obeyed His Father and died on cross for you sins, this death for you was painful, called Crucifixion, which involved Him being hit with whips full of spikes, thorns, metal teeth, and glass forty times (40), and then He had to carry a cross which weighed 200 lbs+ and finally He was nailed to the cross, with nails that were gaint pericing his feet and hands, and fasten to the wood pieces of cross, and then the cross was lifted upright, and the weight of His own body crushes His lungs, making Him have to push up on nails in his Feet to get air which only makes process go on longer! So Jesus is not asking you to give up more than He did, to leave your pagan practices that contradict Christian faith is no great loss when you compare it to what Jesus endured at the cross and what He went through by coming in body and limiting Himself, even giving up rights as God to learn obedience and suffer for you! (Read John Chapter 19, Luke Chapter 22 to learn more about Jesus' sufferings at Calvary).

I want to do an itemized list of practices that Native Americans do that can be redeemed and reused in the right context, and others that must be abandoned as those witches who converted to Christianity did, "A number of them who had been practicing sorcery brought their incantation books and burned them at a public bonfire. The value of the books was several million dollars." (Acts 19:19). First up is the Turquiose Stone, the Teal Blue stone that Navjo and other tribes wore as talisman and totem of protection. Any object can become a amulet or talisman if you put trust in it, rather than Trust in Jesus Christ. Here is my recommendation, Turquiose is a stone God made, for Jesus made everything through himself, "Word of God/Jesus. All things came into being through Him, and without Him not even one thing came into being that has come into being./Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made," (John 1:3), and "For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him." (Colossians 1:16).That means turquoise and all others precious stones come from God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. Rather than wear the turqhiose as talisman to protect you, wear it to remind you that Jesus is protecting you, the stone being a symbol of God protecting you. For Turquiose actually is a color that surrounds Jesus Christ, "his body was like the stone of Tarsis turquoise, and his face as a bolt of lightning, and his eyes as lamps of fire, and his arms and his feet like in colour to brilliant brass, and the voice of his words like the voice of an army," (Daniel 10:6), and "The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show to His bond-servants, the things which must soon take place, Then I turned to see the voice that was speaking with me. And having turned I saw seven golden lampstands; 13 and in the middle of the lampstands I saw one like a son of man, clothed in a robe reaching to the feet, and girded across His chest with a golden sash. 14 His head and His hair were white like white wool, like snow; and His eyes were like a flame of fire. 15 His feet were like burnished bronze, when it has been made to glow in a furnace, and His voice was like the sound of many waters. 16 In His right hand He held seven stars, and out of His mouth came a sharp two-edged sword; and His face was like the sun [k]shining in its strength. 17 When I saw Him, I fell at His feet like a dead man. And He placed His right hand on me, saying, “Do not be afraid; I am the first and the last, 18 and the living One; and I [l]was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore, and I have the keys of death and of Hades. 19 Therefore write the things which you have seen, and the things which are, and the things which will take place after these things." (Revelation 1:1, 12-19). It is clear the vision Daniel and the Apsotle John is the same Son of Man, who is Jesus (Luke 9:22, Matthew 9:24-29) and the Alpha and Omega/Son of Man in the Revelation says He died and Rose Again, which is what Jesus did (John 19 whole chapter, John 20 whole chapter, Holy Bible, New Testament). The Prophet Daniel mentions that the color Turquiose is all around Christ, and it does not end there. Turquiose is also associated with God the Father coming down, "And I saw, and look, four wheels beside the cherubim, {one wheel beside each cherub}, and the appearance of the wheels [was] like [the] outward appearance of {turquoise stone}." (Ezekiuel 10:9). This is most interesting to a Native American, because they have wheels in their architecture, and even Dream catcher (more on that), and Wheel of Life. I believe that Native Americans may even be one of Lost Ten Tribes of Israel or at the very least the God Fearers (reveres) like Cornelius. I think the fact wheels are important in Native Americna Culture is no conciidence, but harkens to the image from Ezekiel, the Prophet who saw Jesus and the Father come down with wheels which were turquoise!
Thus I argue that a Native American or any Christian can wear Turquiose to represent their trust and love in Jesus Christ because the color surround Him in His Alpha and Omega state (King of Kings appearance) and it is color of God's Chariot Wheels when He appeared to Ezekiel. More than that Turquiose was color used for the Temple in Jerusalem, "So I have provided for the house of my God according to all my strength, the gold for the things of gold, the silver for the things of silver, the bronze for the things of bronze, the iron for the things of iron, and the wood for the things of wood, [along with] an abundance of onyx stones, stones for settings, stones of turquoise, and variegated stones, and all [kinds of] precious stones and alabaster stones." (1 Chorinicles 29:2). In the very temple of God, hewn by King Soloman's artisans, architects, and experts, was the color turquoise. This then takes more signifgance, that Jesus died and broke the curtain of separation in the Old Temple, "When Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, He yielded up His spirit, At that moment the curtain in the sanctuary of the Temple was torn in two, from top to bottom. The earth shook, rocks split apart," (Matthew 27:50-51), and Has then by us believing in Him and His sacrifice makes us temples of God, "to whom God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory," (Colossians 1:27), "Don't you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you?," (1 Corinthians 3:16), "But Christ is faithful as the Son over God's house. And we are His house, if we hold firmly to our confidence and the hope of which we boast," (Hebrews 3:6), "Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own," (1 Corinthians 6:19) and, "I am praying not only for these disciples but also for all who will ever believe in me through their message. I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one—as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me." (John 17:20-22).Thus a Native Americna Christian can wear turquoise not only to remind them of Jesus and their trust in His protection, but to remind themselves that they are Temple of God and that His Spirit lives in them!
Turquoise thus is redeemable, it can be shifted from being a stone of pagan protection to being symbol of God's Protection and reminder that we are His palace.
The Dream Catcher. The Dream Catcher is an object that should be completely burned and never made. It is an object used for astroprojection, dream weaving, and other witchraft abilities. Many think it is harmless, but it is ironic that the center of it is not a wheel, but a web of spider, and Jezebel's spirit and symbol is the spider (demonic). There are unredeemable things, the Pentagram for instance in a circle is always Satanism, you cannot take it and make it God's, because it now has so much involvement with Occult and devilry. As in case of those who threw their spell books in fire, "A number of them who had been practicing sorcery brought their incantation books and burned them at a public bonfire. The value of the books was several million dollars," (Acts 19:19), "But cowards, unbelievers, the corrupt, murderers, the immoral, those who practice witchcraft, idol worshipers, and all liars--their fate is in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death," (Revelation 21:8), "Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they may have the right to the tree of life and may enter the city by its gates. Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood," (Revelation 22:14-15), "Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God." (Galatians 5:19-21). There are things we must count as lost, discard, destroy, and remove from our lives to know Jesus, "Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ" (Philippians 3:8). We are suppose to destroy anything that comes against knowledge of God, "We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ," (2 Corinthians 10:5), and we must guard our relationship with Jesus from idolatries, sorceries, and other dark arts, "And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them." (Ephesians 5:11), and "Abstain from all appearance of evil." (1 Thessalonians 5:22).The Dream Catcher is not the only case where completely giving it up is necessary, there are other Native American witchraft artifacts, like Sahman sticks and dancing men with animalistic parts, and coyote spirit images that must be destroyed and never kept. Even normal coyote or wolf image may have to never be in your hut, tent, house, and place of living; because your ancestral leanings can make it connect to demonic that poses as these beings. You have to count it as loss, and those who are White or of other races have to do the same, Chinese Christians have to keep death spirit amulets out of their houses, Caucuasian races have to beware of Norse spirits and objects tied to Greek, Roman, Norse, and other evil spirits. Everyone has to count pagan practices from their formers tribes as lost, and worstlhess, as garbage (Philippians 3:8). We are all in the same boat on this, and what we get in return is far greater, the God who created us and our tribes (John 1:3), eternal life (John 6:40, John 3:16), spiritual powers (1 Corinthians 12:4-11, more on this soon, see next paragraph), city of gold and gems (Revealtion 21:1-43), and more. Think of it like this, you are holding on to a stick or teddy bear with worms, holes, and material that makes you sick/ill and Jesus wants to take that stick or teddy bear away, and give you a new stick of life and truth, and teddy bear with no holes or disease. Jesus wants to protect us. Pagan practices open you up to devils, demonic spritis, and can imperil your soul and spirit (Revelation 21:8, Revelation 20:15). So do not do them brothers and sisters of Navajo, Apache, Chereeko, and other Native American tribes.
What of the Tribal Dances and Spirtism? Let me first say that the rain dances, and tribal dances are indeed dangerous spiritually. They are counterfeits for God's dancing, and Native American powers are counterfeits of the powers God gives believers. Instead of doing tribal dances, dance in circle like Jews do and worship Jesus Christ, not Mother Earth (who is fallen angel and spirit like the Devil who fell see Revelation 12:1-18, Genesis 6:3-12). As for spiritism, there is replacement for your pagan spirtiusms. This is where I am rather frustrated with my Baptists brothers. To replace the mystism and spirtism of Native American, they offer the Bible, but that is like replacing water with bread, they don't mix. The Bible needs to replace Mother Earth, Tribal Texts on Witchraft and Creation by Cayote, but to replace the mysticism, you must offer a replacement for the water. Native American mysticism and spirtism is very supernatural, they see spirits and do powers, and to stop doing this I argue they need to leave their counterfeits of Satan and turn to God's powers which are the Gifts of the Holy Spirit, "Now there are [distinctive] varieties of spiritual gifts [special abilities given by the grace and extraordinary power of the Holy Spirit operating in believers], but it is the same Spirit [who grants them and empowers believers]. 5 And there are [distinctive] varieties of ministries and service, but it is the same Lord [who is served]. 6 And there are [distinctive] ways of working [to accomplish things], but it is the same God who produces all things in all believers [inspiring, energizing, and empowering them]. 7 But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit [the spiritual illumination and the enabling of the Holy Spirit] for the common good. 8 To one is given through the [Holy] Spirit [the power to speak] the message of wisdom, and to another [the power to express] the word of knowledge and understanding according to the same Spirit; 9 to another [wonder-working] faith [is given] by the same [Holy] Spirit, and to another the [extraordinary] gifts of healings by the one Spirit; 10 and to another the working of [a]miracles, and to another prophecy [foretelling the future, speaking a new message from God to the people], and to another discernment of spirits [the ability to distinguish sound, godly doctrine from the deceptive doctrine of man-made religions and cults], to another various kinds of [unknown] tongues, and to another interpretation of tongues. 11 All these things [the gifts, the achievements, the abilities, the empowering] are brought about by one and the same [Holy] Spirit, distributing to each one individually just as He chooses," (1 Corinthians 12:4-11), "What then, brothers? When you come together, each one has a hymn, a lesson, a revelation, a tongue, or an interpretation. Let all things be done for building up. If any speak in a tongue, let there be only two or at most three, and each in turn, and let someone interpret. But if there is no one to interpret, let each of them keep silent in church and speak to himself and to God. 29 Let two or three prophets speak, and let the others weigh what is said. 30 If a revelation is made to another sitting there, let the first be silent. For you can all prophesy one by one, so that all may learn and all be encouraged, and the spirits of prophets are subject to prophets. 33 For God is not a God of confusion but of peace." (1 Corinthians 14:26-32), and finally Native Americans need to be baptized in Holy Spirit/Fire, "When the apostles in Jerusalem heard that the people of Samaria had accepted God’s message, they sent Peter and John there. 15 As soon as they arrived, they prayed for these new believers to receive the Holy Spirit. 16 The Holy Spirit had not yet come upon any of them, for they had only been baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. 17 Then Peter and John laid their hands upon these believers, and they received the Holy Spirit." (Acts 8:14-17), "On the day of Pentecost all the believers were meeting together in one place. 2 Suddenly, there was a sound from heaven like the roaring of a mighty windstorm, and it filled the house where they were sitting. 3 Then, what looked like flames or tongues of fire appeared and settled on each of them. 4 And everyone present was filled with the Holy Spirit and began speaking in other languages, as the Holy Spirit gave them this ability. At that time there were devout Jews from every nation living in Jerusalem. 6 When they heard the loud noise, everyone came running, and they were bewildered to hear their own languages being spoken by the believers. They were completely amazed. “How can this be?” they exclaimed. “These people are all from Galilee, 8 and yet we hear them speaking in our own native languages! 9 Here we are—Parthians, Medes, Elamites, people from Mesopotamia, Judea, Cappadocia, Pontus, the province of Asia, 10 Phrygia, Pamphylia, Egypt, and the areas of Libya around Cyrene, visitors from Rome 11 (both Jews and converts to Judaism), Cretans, and Arabs. And we all hear these people speaking in our own languages about the wonderful things God has done!” 12 They stood there amazed and perplexed. “What can this mean?” they asked each other," (Acts 2:1-12), "I baptize you with water for repentance. But after me comes one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire," (Matthew 3:11), and, "So when the apostles were with Jesus, they kept asking him, “Lord, has the time come for you to free Israel and restore our kingdom?”He replied, “The Father alone has the authority to set those dates and times, and they are not for you to know. 8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." (Acts 1:6-8). Native American brothers and sisters in Christ need to stop doing pagan healings with stones and magic, and instead learning the Gift of Healing from Spirit of God and Jesus, and lay hands on people in His Name (Acts 8:14-17). Instead of doing the Indian and Native American chanting (spiritual chanting around a fire) turn to Jesus and let Holy Spirit baptize you with fire and receive Tongues of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:1-11, 1 Corinthians 12:4-11), a gift to pray in Spirit Language of God the Trinity! Instead of prophecizing in Pagan Native Americanism, prophecy and gets words of knowledge and wisdom from the Holy Spirit who proceeds from Father and Jesus, "But I will send you the Advocate--the Spirit of truth. He will come to you from the Father and will testify all about me," (John 15:26), and "But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have told you." (John 14:26).
Everything Native Americans learned was from spirits, who were sons of god that fell away from God and became fallen angels and demons, "4 In those days, and for some time after, giant Nephilites (Nephilim, giants of old) lived on the earth, for whenever the sons of God had intercourse with women, they gave birth to children who became the heroes and famous warriors of ancient times. 5 The Lord observed the extent of human wickedness on the earth, and he saw that everything they thought or imagined was consistently and totally evil. 6 So the Lord was sorry he had ever made them and put them on the earth. It broke his heart. 7 And the Lord said, “I will wipe this human race I have created from the face of the earth. Yes, and I will destroy every living thing—all the people, the large animals, the small animals that scurry along the ground, and even the birds of the sky. I am sorry I ever made them.” 8 But Noah found favor with the Lord." (Genesis 6:5-8). Native Americans aren't alone in being deceived by these fallen angels and demons, Egyptians have same spirtis who pretended to be gods like Osiris, the Greeks and Romans had the same spirits/devils teach them they were gods such as Mars and Minerva, and so did Norse peoples with Odin, African Tribes, Persians, and beyond. The One True God has defeated these fallen spirits, and has furnace/bone fire of endless fire for them, "Then he will say to those on his left, 'Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels," (Matthew 25:41), and "Then the devil, who had deceived them, was thrown into the fiery lake of burning sulfur, joining the beast and the false prophet. There they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life (Lamb's Book, Jesus's Book) was thrown into the lake of fire." (Revelation 20:10, 15). Do not clinge to practices that were given by their evil spirtis to you, for they endanger your soul, "But cowards, unbelievers, the corrupt, murderers, the immoral, those who practice witchcraft (sorcery, magic), idol worshipers, and all liars--their fate is in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death," (Revelation 21:8). For dancing around bone fire chanting Native American spells and chants can end you up in Lake of Fire and eternal torment! Instead, let go of this Indian fire dance and chant, and replace it with Fire of Holy Spirit that gives you spiritual gifts and learn Tounges of the Spirit to replace the chants. You can either abandon your former fire dance and embrace Fire of Holy Spirit and Gifts, or you can keep your former fire dance and burn in lake of fire! (Revelation 20:15, Revelation 21:8). You can either embrace the Fire of God's Presence (Hebrews 12:29) and Holy Spirit's Fire (Acts 2:1-15), or you can be burned by God's Fire, "But the day of the Lord will come as unexpectedly as a thief. Then the heavens will pass away with a terrible noise, and the very elements themselves will disappear in fire, and the earth and everything on it will be found to deserve judgment. Since everything around us is going to be destroyed like this, what holy and godly lives you should live, looking forward to the day of God and hurrying it along. On that day, he will set the heavens on fire, and the elements will melt away in the flames. 13 But we are looking forward to the new heavens and new earth he has promised, a world filled with God’s righteousness." (2 Peter 3:11-13). I am not trying to make you frightened, but you can either choose to know Christ (), and let the good fire of God the Trinity fall on you (Acts 2, whole chapter) or you can keep your pagan fire and burn in Lake of Fire. For the pagan fire is counterfeit, and false fire, an evil fire that sends people to the Lake of Fire, where the devil that invented pagan fire shall burn (Revelation 20:10);. Don't play with pagan fire, but instead choose the Fire and Holy Spirit of God! The fire of God through faith brings life, love, and liberty, while the pagan fire brings death, indifference, and damnation. So many brothers and sisters who discover they are Native American investigate the old mysticism and pagan rites, and they become enslaved in them and fall away from Christ. You must keep away from pagan practices! For even Chief Little Bear said in an interview, "I believe tribes (Indian) lost the land because they did not embrace Jesus Christ, and so they were punished for keeping their pagan ways." Do not get entangled in the Native American New Age, Spiritism, Soothsaying, and Pagan practices! For the Apostle Paul Himself had to abandon those law (Pharisee, Talmudic) teachings that lead people astray from Christ, "For if you are trying to make yourselves right with God by keeping the law, you have been cut off from Christ! You have fallen away from God's grace," (Galatians 5:4), and we must destroy every argument against God/Christ, "We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ." (2 Corinthians 10:5), and remember that those who had done sorceries, mystical practices, and spells and enchantments threw them in fire, "A number of them who had been practicing sorcery (magic) brought their incantation books and burned them at a public bonfire. The value of the books was several million dollars," (Acts 19:19),
Finally, I urge you to know the Holy Bible, New Testament (Gospel of Mark to the Apocalypse of John/Revelation). In the Bible you will learn all that is acceptable to Christ and the Holy Spirit, "All Scripture is God-breathed [given by divine inspiration] and is profitable for instruction, for conviction [of sin], for correction [of error and restoration to obedience], for training in righteousness [learning to live in conformity to God’s will, both publicly and privately—behaving honorably with personal integrity and moral courage];so that the man of God may be complete and proficient, outfitted and thoroughly equipped for every good work." (2 Timothy 3:16-17). The Scriptures (Holy Bible, New Testament) are the writings of Apostles, the teachings of how to believe in Jesus Christ (Gospel) and the proper teachings of Christian faith, "All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals (including the Lord's Supper), and to prayer." (Acts 2:42). It is necessary to learn how to discern the spirits and test them, this is possible through memorizing and knowing the New Testament Holy Bible and operating in Holy Spirit Gift, "to another discernment of spirits [the ability to distinguish sound, godly doctrine from the deceptive doctrine of man-made religions and cults] to another the ability to discern and distinguish between [the utterances of true] spirits [and false ones]," (1 Corinthians 12:10 AMP and AMPC), and to test the spirits, "Dear friends, do not believe everyone who claims to speak by the Spirit. You must test them to see if the spirit they have comes from God/Beloved, do not believe every spirit [speaking through a self-proclaimed prophet]; instead test the spirits to see whether they are from God. For there are many false prophets in the world. 2 This is how we know if they have the Spirit of God: If a person claiming to be a prophet acknowledges that Jesus Christ came in a real body, that person has the Spirit of God. 3 But if someone claims to be a prophet and does not acknowledge the truth about Jesus, that person is not from God. Such a person has the spirit of the Antichrist, which you heard is coming into the world and indeed is already here. But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world. 5 Those people belong to this world, so they speak from the world’s viewpoint, and the world listens to them. 6 But we belong to God, and those who know God listen to us. If they do not belong to God, they do not listen to us. That is how we know if someone has the Spirit of truth or the spirit of deception." (1 John 4:1-6). It is crucial that you Native American brothers and sisters in Christ know the Holy Scriptures and are discerning of spirits, knowing what is coming from Holy Spirit, Jesus, and the Father which is good, and that which is the old mysticism that enslaved you and seek to harm you. Know the Holy Bible and move in Holy Spirit's Spiritual Gifts. The Holy Spirit never conflicts or contradicts with the Holy Bible. So stand firm in your faith in Jesus Christ. Do not let the old slavery of your pagan ways destroy you. Stand firm in Christ and walk in His freedom, not the dead works of pagan teachings taught by demons. Amen.
