History is being rewritten and most of it isn't history anymore. I picked up a one volume history on China, hoping to get glimpse of the country from its early years to current times, instead the author decided to defend Abortion (even partial birth), drowned my mind in climate change, and how Communism is wonderful. This is Harvard Press book. There was a time when you could pick up a book on history and it contained facts, sharing what the people of that country believe, their economy, their culture, and more from their own words and experts who are acquainted with their perspectives, instead pseudo history is published and it the politics of the Progressives (see last post). I read a few lines of this Liberal at Harvard and I took some time to remove the darts (Ephesians 6:16) and seeds of untruth. The Apostle Paul tells us, "And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus," (Philippians 4:7), and "We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ." (2 Corinthians 10:5).
The truth is that education, college and academia is not illuminating minds but indoctrinating them. For first time, education is dangerous. Professors with Marxist and even Luciferian ideals are teaching at the most prestigious colleges, and the result is anarchists who want socialism and communism, "The goal of socialism is Communism." (Lenin). Aside from political effects, the major concern is re-education process that is happening. You can scarcely pick up a book on history, poetry, or any other kind without being indoctrinated in transgender, pro-choice, homosexual marriage, climate change, and all champion causes of the Left. I can't learn about Medieval Politics or even life, without a lengthy antichrist soliloquy and ode to the greatness of socialism; I wanted to know about the people of Middle Ages, not the politics of Carl Marx! This re-education is in full swing through Colleges, Hollywood, Media, Publishers, and more trying to change people's minds about what happened. Another example of this was Victorians demonizing the Medieval People, calling Crusades atrocities (Steven Runciman), only to have Crusaders vindicated by modern scholars of this Post Modern period such as Jonathan Riley-Smith, Jonathan Phillips, and more.
As Christians we should be concerned that untruth and seditions ideals are eroding our minds from every sphere of information. There was a time when you could get news and ideas, and the counter new and ideas, but instead there is monopoly building to make everyone eat and breath Liberal views. The Liberal-Progressive (see last post) wants dominance because it hates the One True God and the Truth which is Jesus Christ (John 14:6). The devil's answer to the Gospel is the Liberal Utopian ideal, and his answer to wisdom is propaganda. For only wisdom and knowledge can be found in Jesus Christ, "that their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, to reach all the riches of full assurance of understanding and the knowledge of God's mystery, which is Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge," (Colossians 2:2-3), "but to those whom God has called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God," (1 Corinthians 1:24), "God has united you with Christ Jesus. For our benefit God made him to be wisdom itself. Christ made us right with God; he made us pure and holy, and he freed us from sin," (1 Corinthians 1:30), and God allows The Truth to look foolish though it saves and confounds wisdom of men, "For the foolishness of God is wiser than human wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than human strength," (1 Corinthians 1:25), "But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong," (1 Corinthians 1:27), and, "For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God's sight. As it is written: "He catches the wise in their craftiness" (1 Corinthians 3:19). Jesus Christ is the Truth, "Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." (John 14:6), and "For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ," (John 1:17). If we want to really learn, don't go to college but go to Christ, "They do all their deeds to be seen by others. For they make their phylacteries broad and their fringes long, and they love the place of honor at feasts and the best seats in the synagogues and greetings in the marketplaces and being called rabbi by others. But you are not to be called rabbi (master), for you have one teacher, and you are all brothers. And call no man your father on earth, for you have one Father, who is in heaven. Neither be called instructors, for you have one instructor, the Christ." (Matthew 23:5-10). If a college is not teaching from Judeo-Christian point of view, if it does not honor Jesus, then you are learning nothing, because knowledge and wisdom come from Christ Jesus (Colossians 2:2-3), because He is God (Colossians 2:9, John 17).
I recommend you seek out a Christian University and College to get educated. Find one that is a true Christian school, not a Liberal Christian School. But remember that even then beware, for only Jesus Christ contains knowledge and wisdom in Himself for He made all things and all things were made through Him (John 1:3, Colossians 1:13). I would also advise to keep guarding your heart and mind in Christ, to do this you need to memorize The Holy Bible, especially New Testament, and walk in the Holy Spirit. Do not be deceived by the Liberal re-education that is Satan's main instrument to try and lead you astray. Instead, seek Jesus Christ and use The Holy Bible and The Holy Spirit as your measure (2 Timothy 3:16, 1 John 4:1).
