The Purpose of Prayer

The line from Casting Crowns song is haunting, "What if people prayed?" Today, many Christians barely allot five minutes a day to pray. More and more saints have ceased offering supplication on a routine basis. This is a shame because prayer is the way we connect with Christ. Prayer is an double-edged sword. It is meant to open our hearts to our Heavenly Father and hew down the evil hordes in the spiritual realm. The devil and his legions hate when Christians pray. Prayer is power, it is capable of thwarting the enemy camp and changing our circumstances. Through prayer believers can receive boons from above, but more importantly prayer can change us. Prayer is broken down into different dynamics. The first dynamic is confession , which can be repenting or telling the Lord what weights on your heart and mind. The second is supplication, which is a petition or to humbly ask God for something. The third is praise , which can be s...

The Ire of Islam

The Arab Spring will become the Christian Purge. Islam is rising and it is taking the United States and the World! At the present moment it is operating via ideology and theology, but soon it shall turn more militant and many believers and unbelievers will perish. Islam is not a peaceful religion. Secular-Progressives and Humanist-Marxists would have you believe that these Muslims only believe in j ihad-al-akbar (The greater Jihad of becoming God centered, purging the flesh (sin) or purifying the soul). However, a l-jihad-al-asghar (the lesser jihad), the Jihad of the Sword, is intrinsic to the belief system of the Faithful in Islam. The House of Peace (Islam) cannot live in perpetual peace with the House of War (Jews, Christians, and Everyone Else). The Q'uran or Koran has not one, but many verses that command mujahidden (holy warriors) to slay the infidel: "Allah is an enemy to unbelievers." - Sura 2:98 "On unbelievers is the curse of Allah." - Sura...

Jurasic Park 3D Review

Twenty years ago Steven Spielberg stunned the world with his epic  Jurassic Park . I remember being a four years old, obsessed with dinosaurs, and going to the movie house to see Jurassic Park for the first time. My parents had previewed the film and deemed it appropriate for my age (although there were scenes where I had to close my eyes, one in particular with a lawyer on a toilet before the T-Rex). I saw Jurassic Park so many times as child that I can only recollect five viewings in detail. Suffice to say, Spielberg's masterpiece captivated me and like most young boys I mastered the sounds of the Velociraptors and T-Rex. Now twenty years later, Jurassic Park is back on the big screen. This time in 3D. I must confess I was rather cynical about seeing my favorite film in 3D. I've only seen one other movie in 3D and I wasn't impressed. My eyes couldn't track the action and everything was blurred. This was not the case for Jurassic Park 3D. Right away from the open...

Heresy In The History Channel Bible Series

Apostate Angel Gabriel (The History Channel: The Bible Series) I just witnessed a great apostasy on the History Channel tonight. The Bible Series which I was praising weeks ago has just done the unthinkable!  In The Bible Series Gabriel says "The Holy Spirit will move in you," and then he takes Mary's hands while some strange music plays and a sound like a transferring of spirit happens! The scene makes it look like an angelic conception! This is heresy! Even worse it hearkens to Genesis 6, "When the sons of God (angels) went into women and conceived children." This is anti-Christ doctrine! It goes against all that we as Christians know to be true! During the True Annunciation in the Gospel of Luke, the Angel Gabriel appears to Mary and the Scripture says that he tells her, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son ...

Holidays vs. Holydays

St. Patties Day is coming and already retail corporations are commercializing it. It is quite appalling how every holiday in Christendom has been secularized. Christmas is about Santa the Genie, Easter about a Bunny, Valentine's Day about chocolates and sex, and St. Patrick's Day getting drunk with ale.  I wonder if anyone who celebrates St. Patties Day even remembers that St. Patrick purged Ireland of the serpents (demons) and unified the country in Christianity. Just like Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day it is about selling a product. We as Christians have let humanistic people take our holidays and taint them with depravity and debauchery. Christmas is suppose to be a celebration of Christ being born, his birthday. Instead it's about getting presents and worshiping Santa, which ironically unscrambled spells Satan. Valentine's Day which was to remember a saint who died defying Caesar who said no one may marry has become about gluttony ...

Sons of Suffering

There are two godly generations who have been subjected to genocide throughout history. These Generations are Christians and Jews. In WWII, " 12 Million Christians and 7 Million Jews were  slaughtered in the horrific Holocaust." (Rosemary Schindler). In Armenia, during the Ottoman Empire 1 Million Christian Armenians were rounded up and annihilated. We are the people of the Book. In every age we are targeted for extermination. We are brothers in blood. Regimes rise to ravage us, but still we survive. We differ in our beliefs about the Messiah, but we are a family forged in suffering. The Communists hated us and so did the Romans. Emperor Nero and Caligula made martrys of the Early Christians (est. 100,000 total killed ); while Emperor Titus made martrys of the Zionist Jews ( est . 1,000,700-1,500,000 killed ). We have fought and died together. This is fitting because in the beginning we were tru...

Mixed Fire

So many brothers and sisters are playing with mixed fire. They are submitting to the Holy Spirit in some areas of their life and then to the spirit of the Evil One in other areas. Christ Jesus himself said, "You can serve only one of two masters, you will love one and hate the other." (Matt 6:24). There is no middle ground. You either give all of yourself to the Son of God or you become dominated by devils. I am appalled at how many Christians think that they can practice their faith and still erect idols and harbor amulets like dream catchers, tikis, pentangles, pentagrams, oriental dragon guardians, and etc in their homes. God is a jealous God and if you believe you can "sweep fire into your lap and not be burned," then you are in for a rude awakening. Why is Christ not enough? Hmm? Why do believers feel compelled to mix in pagan traditions and philosophies into the purity of God's Gospel? Why have the children taken their eyes off the Father and...
