Priests of Hell

It can be very enticing to study the words of renowned priests & bishops from The Catholic Church.    There is a renewed fascination in Protestant circles with Augustine of Hippo, Origen, Thomas Aquinas, Francis of Assisi, Pope Gregory VII, and many others. It is important to understand that Roman Catholic theologians, priests, and scholars are priests of hell, their teaching is based on Roman Catholic doctrines that teaches another gospel tuan Jesus and his apostles taught, “I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you to live in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel— which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let them be under God’s curse! As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel oth...

Godzilla Minus One Review

I have been a Godzilla fan since childhood. I have been enjoying the revival Gojira is having with both the Toho and Monsterverse entries, as well as the animes. I felt Shin Godzilla was a masterpiece, so when Toho chose to do another film, Godzilla Minus One, I was all in.  The story takes places between 1945-1947 when a Kamikaze Pilot named Koichi Shikishima is on Odo Island when Godzilla attacks a Juvenal. Haunted by the mechanics that died and that he once again did not do his duty, he has nightmares and forma a make shift family with Noriko Oishi and little girl    who he found destitute in the aftermath of World War II. The character development is top notch, with the cast delivering lovable characters, especially the mine demolition crew.  This Godzilla has heart, the people and their struggle against the Monster God feels grounded, you care about them and understand that Japan needs a victory against Godzilla, because they are a defeated nation mournin...

The Splendor of His Creation

Our world is a marvelous ecosystem where The Lord Trinity made all creatures, lands, seas, and etc (Genesis Chapter 1 & 2) and All was made through Christ, “Through Him (The Word, Jesus) all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.” (John 1:3), and “For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.” (Colossians 1:16). The splendor of the forests of the seas, the sea weeds, the beauty of the birds and their cheerful song, and the cool wind that makes the trees dance. All of it breathtaking.    Sadly, much if it is eroding, mankind in its mechanical genius is building concrete jungles, overlapping the once serene hills in suburbs, paving over once lush places with asphalt and shops, and the wild life is left trying to cope.   Part of our mandate as Sons of Adam and Daughters of Eve was to ...

The Newer Testament

Dr. Brad Young has put together a new New Testament translation where he takes the Greek New Testament and translates it in Hebrew and then back into English so that people may “understand better how the first followers of Yeshua (Jesus) would have heard his teaching..” ( https://www2.cbn.com/news/israel/bible-scholar-explains-how-newer-testament-translation-brings-readers-closer-jewish ). Problem.. Jesus and His Disciples did not speak Hebrew.. they spoke Aramaic, and while they are connections between both languages, there is major differences, for instance Jesus in Hebrew is Yeshua, in Aramaic its Eloha.  Dr. Young has admitted he changes “For God so loved the world,” to “For God so loved the people of the world,” because that is what it means. Yes the line is directed to the people, but the world in Greek is Cosmos which denotes more    than the planet ” Kosmos  (literally, "something  ordered ") – properly, an " ordered  system" (like the u...

The Methodist Mass Exodus

One Million have left the Methodist Communion in one day in West Africa over the ordination of LGBTQ    (https://www2.cbn.com/news/us/united-methodists-lose-1m-members-single-day-council-bishops-grieves-mass-exodus). The zeal in which social issues and modern morality is being imposed on churches is bizarre. Those in Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, and other religions are not pressured to ignore their holy texts and approbate their beliefs with modern ones that contradict their scriptures. So why is the Church being riven in almost every denomination, the Anglican and Lutheran splits being the most recent, while Presbyterian and Evangelicals have to come under ECCO to keep their biblical beliefs. No other faiths are having to relocate their oversight or fear being ostracized or even getting litigated for holding to what their sacred books say.  This Conformism to Non-Biblical Cultural Norms is specifically directed at churches, causing major schisms and in the case of t...

“Honestly, We Just Need Jesus!”

There are songs that are right for the moment. As our world seems to be in chaos, with sides forming and making people feel lost and unsure what to do, I found this song was powerful: Lyrics:  “I got a front row seat to the madness I pick up my phone every morning out of habit I've been fiendin' for the drama Yeah I said it I'm addicted to the rush need a medic When I take a step back I can see it All the pain all the fear we've been feeling Losing sight of the thing that we're needing That we're needing Honestly, I think we just need Jesus Honestly, I think we just need Jesus Have we all gone mad Have we lost our minds What used to be wrong We say that it's right Honestly, I think we just need Jesus Take a good long look in the mirror Search my heart and soul make it clearer Help me take your love, trade the bitter Leave it in the dust, help me leave it in the dust Lord We've been preaching we've been drinking in the vanity Now it's got us que...
