In Kent, UK, a wildfire started to burn in a field but miraculously stopped at the edge of the white cross carved in the ground to honor World War I fallen heroes from the local village.
This is not the only recorded case of such phenomenon, when Norte Dame Cathedral burned to ground, a Cross on the altar was untouched.
I have witnessed in a garden at my home ai grew up as Ivy grew around a cross and statue of Christ.
So what causes fires and foliage to honor symbols of the True Creator and Christ? I believe the answer is found in the words of our Lord Jesus, “Jesus replied, “I tell you, if these [people] keep silent, the stones will cry out [in praise]!” (Luke 19:40). The creation praises the Lord. So these phenomenon are the creation of Christ crying out that Jesus is God and Savior! Even fire draws back at Christ’s cross in Kent and Notre Dame! Glory be to The King of Kings and Lord of Lords! Amen.
