The time is short. Christ Jesus soon shall return. The world is falling right into Biblical prophecy. The words of Ezekiel, Isaiah, Jeremiah, John, Paul, and Jesus Christ Himself are being fulfilled. For so long many Christians have fallen into a state of indifference and inertia, allowing themselves to become comfortable with complacency, but at last we are seeing the Last Days transpire. We are told by the Apostle Peter that Christ delays, "And by that same word, the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men. Beloved, do not let this one thing escape your notice: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance." (2 Peter 3:7-9). The Apostle Peter reveals to us why Christ delays in returning, that he desires "all should repent and be saved in Jesus' name." However, we also are given a clue not to dally or pretend this delay is lengthy, for while a day can be thousand years to the Lord, the reverse is true, a thousand years and day, and thus the Apostle Paul says, "For you yourselves are fully aware that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night." (1 Thessalonians 5:2). Jesus Christ himself says, "Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will never pass away. However, no one knows the day or hour when these things will happen, not even the angels in heaven or the Son himself. Only the Father knows." (Mark 13:31-32).
The Lord Jesus delays and the day or hour is not known, but suddenly Christ will come on the clouds (Revelation 1:8), and He will judge the living and dead. Jesus warns us in the End of Days, "As it was in the days of Noah, so will it be at the coming of the Son of Man, For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left. Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come." (Matthew 24:37-42). We cannot be caught unawares! The Alpha and Omega, Jesus Christ is Coming, The Second Coming of Christ is soon, and yet so many in the church fall into a complacency and false sense of security that they can deal with their sins later, and be half-hearted in following Holy Trinity, O how our Lord Jesus says otherwise, "Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline, so be zealous and repent," (Revelation 3:19), "So, because you are lukewarm--neither hot nor cold--I am about to spit you out of my mouth," (Revelation 3:16), "But I have this complaint against you. You don't love me or each other as you did at first! Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent, and do the works you did at first. If not, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place, unless you repent," (Revelation 2:4-5), and "Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness." (Matthew 7:21-23). Jesus is a jealous God, His name in Old Testament is Lord, which is Jehovah (see Romans 10:9-10, which states we must "confess Jesus as LORD, Jehovah, God of Israel"), who says, "Do not worship any other god, for the LORD (Jehovah, God of Israel), whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God." (Exodus 34:14) [Let me be clear, Jehovah Witnesses and the Watchtower is not true Christianity, but a false religion and false christ (Matthew 24:24), false/other gospel (Galatians 1:8), and false spirit (2 Corinthians 11:4), I speak against Jehovah Witness and Mormonism/Ladder Day Saints, both of which are not Christianity but claim to be, they are as false a Nestorianism, Arianism, Gnosticism, and other heresies of old. The Only True Christianity is found in the 66 Books of the Holy Bible NIV/NLT/ESV/AMP/NKJV/KJV/]. We can't be caught having any other gods! Now is the time to caste aside all idols, talismans, and faith in genealogies, ancestries, stars, yoga, magical arts, and more! For Jesus says, "But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars--they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death." (Revelation 21:8). Christ is merficful God, He died on cross for all mankind's sins (1 Peter 2:24), on third day Jesus rose from dead (Romans 10:9, 1 Corinthians 13:4), and whoever believes in Him (Jesus Christ) shall have eternal life (John 3:16, John 6:47); and be spared the Second Death and Judgement (John 5:29 NLT), but a person (you, a human) must believe, confess, and trust in their heart that Jesus Christ is Lord (God of Israel) and God (John 3:16, John 6:47. Romans 10:9-10), and Saves them from Sin (1 Peter 3;18, Romans 6:10, Hebrews 9:28). God showed us mercy, "But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8). Jesus has shown mercy, compassion, and love, For He is love (1 John 4:8); but with love comes accepting the truth (1 Corinthians 13:5) which is Jesus Christ (John 14:6) and who is the only gate into Paradise, Eternal Life, and Salvation (John 10:9). On the other side is this, if you choose to not accept Christ's free gift (gospel) of salvation through Him, then comes judgement (John 3:18, 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12). For God's throne is, "Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne; love and faithfulness go before you." (Psalm 89:14). The Prophet and king David gives us a picture, God rules with righteousness and justice, but love and faithfulness go before Him, so we see even here in Old Testament, the cross (love and faithfulness) and the scepter of iron rule (Revelation 2:27).
There is recoking coming, and Christ will preside over judging those who do not believe or who think they can have it both ways by serving Christ and the devil (or other gods see Exodus 34:14, which is a Necolaitions (Revelation 2:6). These Christ shall crush in winpress of God's wrath, "Then I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse! The one sitting on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he judges and makes war. His eyes are like a flame of fire (Revelation 1:14-20), and on his head are many diadems, and he has a name written that no one knows but himself. He is clothed in a robe dipped in blood, and the name by which he is called is The Word of God (John 1:1-15). And the armies of heaven, arrayed in fine linen, white and pure, were following him on white horses. From his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and he will rule them with a rod of iron. He will tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty. On his robe and on his thigh he has a name written, King of kings and Lord of lords."
(Revelation 19:11-16).
We need to be ready to receive our God and Lord. Christ is the Invisible God in body (Colossians 1:15), He is the fullness of Godhead and Trinity (Colossians 2:9), If you see Christ you see the Father (John 14:7-10), The Father draws men to Christ (John 6:44), and the Holy Spirit proceeds from Father and testifies of Christ (John 15:26). Our eyes must be fixed upon Jesus (Hebrews 12:2), and we must have nothing else preoccupying our time, and energy. Caste aside fantasties, Marvel, DC Comics, Disney, and all other diversions! (1 Corinthians 13:11, 1 Timothy 4:7 NIV, 1 Timothy 1:4). Its time to be all in disciples of Christ! Now is th Holy Spirit calls you to minister to Marvelites, and Disney and etc., so be it, but I am saying we should not be preoccupied, busy, or spend our precious time being consumed & entertained with fallen systems, fallen institutions, fallen entertainments, and fallen mythologies (examples are the Olympians, 1 Timothy 1:4). It is time to "Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ/Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ," (Phillippians 3:8, NLT and ESV), and, "For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified." (1 Corinthians 2:2). The Time has come for us Christians to make Christ are paramount, to let Him permeate all our time, action, and breath! To spend out lives in His service and bring glory to His name! Amen.
